Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings

I love charleys cheesesteaks but this location ruined my experience. Asked for a sub with no ranch and it’s like i asked for a sub with only ranch. Not a good customer service and the chicken was the worst chicken I’ve even had.

Having a guy that doesn’t understand English very well isn’t very smart and my sub was extremely salty. I did get a free cone for this review

Just visited for a few moments for a to go order and staff seemed like they didn’t care to be there. They forgot to provide my drink but I reminded them before I left. There were a few loud and rowdy teenagers there. The food is decent but a little over priced in my opinion.
I went during a Saturday around 8:30p

Walk in, I have never been to a Charley's restaurant. Was trying to get some things to tied over my spouse and I while doing some last minute shopping. The kiosk isn't user friendly for someone that whats to add things to an item. I asked the guy at the front counter for some help, who was moving very slowly, moving with no sense of urgency, he then told me to ask the other lady that was working back in the kitchen. I mentioned that I was needing to add some things to a frie, she then tells me to just write it on there. I then seen nothing about customizing an item other than adding or taking away things that are on the item. I then leave the kiosk and stand in front of a register for upwards of about 5 minutes, while the guy from the front counter just continues on "slowly" making drinks with no communication to me. I finally had to speak up and ask if this register is open to get him to even acknowledge that Im trying to order food. Not please with the atmosphere and customer service at all.

Terribly rude, EVERY ITEM WAS WRONG! Crappy delivery guy…More than $40 dollars AND ALL THRIWN IN THE TRASH!!!

I was ordering for 3 people's. I ordered BBQ chicken boneless, and it comes with fies. I order ultimate fries, which in the past they always gave a lot, never asked me for a size. This time it was a small order, then I asked for a small fries for myself. That lady took it upon herself to change the order without my consent and they want to argue with me and the guy tells me my order was perfect. No it wasn't. I was missing my fries because she changed things. You don't do that without asking the customer first, then she lied and said I wasn't ordering for other people when I told her I was. I even had her wait what I call to see if my manager wanted a 6 or 10 piece. So she got other customers while I called., the I told her the ultimate fries was for another person and I even asked her if she knew her and she said yes and that she gets the regular ultimate fries. All said and done. I was missing the dries for myself because the lady changed things without me knowing.always ask before you make any changes. I even tried talking to the guy and I told him the situation and that I wasn't mad. Just wanted the fries I was missing.. but she gave the ultimate fries free and I don't know why she did that. I didn't asked her to do that and she messed up the order but she wants to get mad at me for her mistake

First of all there were flies in my food! Also they gave me the wrong item I ordered some kimchi sandwich and they also gave me the wrong item,I only realized that they gave me the wrong thing when I got to my house! I guess somebody ordered a sandwich with a side of flys In it. When I opened the box there were 2 flies flew out the box. Do not ever come here!

I see a A lot of negative, one star reviews for this restaurant so I just wanted to put my two cents in and say it's very average food from very average service and it's getting a very average rating. Definitely doesn't deserve one star but it also doesn't deserve five.

WHEN I OPENED MY BAG AND TOOK OUT MY FOOD TRAY - GREASE CAME OUT OF THE BAG AND WENT ALL OVER MY KITCHEN COUNTER - IT TOOK 6 PAPER TOWELS TO CLEAN IT UP!!!!

ALSO - IT LOOKED AS IF SOMEONE DELIBERATELY TOOK THE SPICE CONTAINER AND JUST STARTED SHAKING UNTIL THEIR HAND GOT TIRED OR THE SPICE CONTAINER WAS EMPTY - THE WINGS WERE NOT EDIBLE!!! - THESE WINGS WERE SOOO GREASY, THEY MADE THE PAPER TOWEL I HAD THEM ON TURN YELLOW..

THE REVIEW RATING SHOULD START FROM “0 - TO 5” - GIVING THIS STORE A 1 RATING IS RIDICULOUS AND NOT ACCURATE…

I have been eating at Charley's for 20 years and I have never tasted anything like I tasted there today. Did you guys add something to your teriyaki sauce? A dirty finger or something? I'm not sure what you guys are doing there but I won't be back. Asked for a refund and the worker was adamant that the owner wouldn't allow them to give a refund. That he refuses to give one and instead offered to remake it. Why do I want to put that nasty flavor in my mouth again? No thanks! Should have just gone to the Charley's in the mall. Disappointed!

AVOID THIS PLACE! This location is awful. The staff and management are INCREDIBLY RUDE!! I have tried this place a few times and never has the food been correct or fresh. No refunds at this location so you are expected to eat whatever they give you. Never again!
