By far the best Charleys! We are closer to Quail Springs but we specifically drive here just for Charleys. The staff is friendly, fast and the order comes out right. 10/10!

These people in the pictures is no good owners something needs to be done they are no good seem like they don’t like certain people like they have favorite customers but don’t like us they need to go back where they from because this isn’t for them they are rude and disrespectful . Very bad customer service, I'm not understanding what going on up there. But I ordered some food on Postmates just for my order to be cancelled. I called up there to see why it was cancelled and I got hung up on. Regardless of me getting my refund back, the whole experience is just wow to me. Will never order from here again.

One of the best food spots in the food court.
Please cover the 🥓 bacon up ...the bacon pan was full of leftover bacon just open wide not covered. I cancelled my bacon and then ask for fresh bacon cooked in front of me for our orders.

Drove all the way across town for their specific philly cheesesteak, to finally get my order after waiting just for it to be completely messed up…. I ordered 2 philly cheesesteaks with everything on it, a large fry, and a large strawberry. Both philly cheesesteaks didnt even have the onions,peppers, or mushrooms. Not to mention, I didnt even get my fries. Waste of $30, waste of gas, and waste of my precious time…
