Charley's Cheesesteak food is always excellent and is my go-to choice when I work out of town at Tinker AFB. The exchange is conveniently located on the base, allowing me to easily get my food and return to the site without leaving. However, be cautious about going in close to closing time, as they are often short-handed at that point. I understand that this can result in slower service and less friendliness, having worked in the industry myself. They could benefit from having more staff available during those times to serve customers quickly and with a smile. That said, I believe this is primarily a labor issue. I encourage you to try it out—you might love it too!

I like their fries and sandwich. Price is reasonable and quick service.
I usually get Chicken Philly and Regular fries with Cajun seasoning, cheese and bacon, or ultimate fries, sometime chicken wings which are also delicious

It’s not for me. I didn’t think the food was very good. It’s basically heated deli meat on bread. The prices are high for what you’re getting. When I visited, they were very slow, also. The employees were polite — so there’s that.

The food was okay , it was the service that was unpleasant . Order was wrong , when I brought this up to the young man that helped me I was only given an attitude. I can't believe they hire some of these people on base .

Bro at the register doesn't care at all and doesn't cook the fries long enough. The grill cook didn't add the extra meat or cheese I paid for. Likely won't be returning.

The OG Cheesesteak is AMAZING! Closest to Pats or Gino’s I’ve had in Oklahoma. Fries are always fresh as well! All the employees except the manager and thin girl with short hair have awful attitudes though.

I asked 4 grill onion and teriyaki sauce and got raw onion and no sauce not even the mayo I asked 4

Update your website with the Correct hours. Your website says closes at 8pm but the sign on the door is 7pm.

I love the food but EVERYTIME I order large fries I am always shorted. Why pay for a large if I always get the equivalent of a small inside.
