Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen

Nothing more to say than this is a great location for a great experience. I like to think of this place as comfort food at its best. The chicken fried steak is the go-to, though some may feel the breading is a little heavy. The cocktails are first-class, and while the salsa could be better, the queso (with fresh chips) more than makes up for it. The wait staff is polite and quick, which adds to the positive vibe.

The burgers aren’t the highlight, but the ribs seem to be a popular favorite. I tried the shrimp Alfredo and enjoyed every bite, and of course, the croissants were amazing. If you enjoy a quaint atmosphere paired with satisfying food, this is definitely a place to enjoy.

Took forever to be seated even though we were a party of 2. We got sat in the back corner of the bar area and no one even acknowledged us. We waited 30 minutes for someone to come take our drink order. We were never given silverware either. Other tables around us are getting service just fine.

Very good but not great. Will go back again. Lots of options and seating, which is nice. Dinner was $15 before tax and tip.

I got the Monte Cristo, flavor was great but a bit too greasy for me. Guest got the buffalo chicken roll ups and the sauce was almost too spicy to eat. I gave 5 stars because I feel those were our personal issues, nothing to do with the cook. Fries were great, not burnt or greasy. They had no-show employees and service was still great!

Shrimp was good! The onion rings are awesome wish they could be a side choice not just an appetizer! The rolls were wonderful! 4 for the food because had better shrimp! 4 for the service because my French fries did not come out with my food but they were hot and crispy! 4 for the atmosphere because our tables catchup was empty had to go to other tables to get some so I didn't know what to put it under! Overall good place to eat but other places that are better i guess why I do not go there very often

Not enough servers, took forever to get our food! Not how I remember Cheddar's,must be bad management. Won't be back at this location.

I love cheddars, but this was the worse dining experience at this location. Our server Bella was amazing and she was trying her hardest to get everything to us. You could clearly tell the bartender did not care at all, she was talking to her coworkers the entire time and could not even serve a bottled beer. We got our food without even getting our beer to the table. We told the manager and she could care less of the situation and walked away quickly after saying how long we had been waiting for our drinks. Her attitude let me know this happens a lot. We were sitting in the bar and could see the bartender the entire time. Our server was overwhelmed because she could not get drinks from the slow bartender.
