Well this was our second time in OKC Cheddars. The first time was not good and neither was the second time. The croissants were flat and hard on the bottom. I had the "hand breaded" chicken strips. Not hand breaded. They came out cold and were hard in places. The Mashed potatoes and gravy were hot and good. The Coleslaw was came from a container.
My husband had salmon that was supposed to be blackened but was not. He got green beans that tasted sweet. The broccoli casserole was good. The server was friendly but didn't follow up on drink refills. Sad to say we will not be going back.

I ordered t- bone steak and baked potato. My guess had meatloaf. The steak was missing half the meat and the potato was old and hard. My guess meatloaf was burnt and the size of two crackers on a plate. I advised the manager, he stated that's how it's cooked I advised to redo it anyway. The second meatloaf was fresh and the normal size and no burnt on the edges. I would not visit this location again. Service was great. The food was not.

I've always liked this place but the last visit was a bit disappointing. The food portions were smaller and the quality was not up to their usual standards. Hoping it was a one off.

Took quite awhile for waitress to come to table. The baked potatoes were barely warm and couldn’t cut chicken with a knife….literally had to rip apart and were not tasty at all. Again, the waitress did not check on us. A manager came by and asked about our experience and we let her know leaving most food on plates. She gave us to free tickets for chips and dip the next time… we will not go back. It was just bad. D. Bramhall

My food was great!!! Everything was cooked to perfection! My service was terrible! I came in around 9 and my server had an attitude the entire time! I don’t even know why I tipped her, I should’ve given her nothing!
