Parking: everything was good and tasty except the sopapias, which was so hard they could not be cut with a knife. I guess there is not a large demand for them.

The food was ok it is a older building and it does show its age. One problem I saw was the restroom had no handicap bars which are needed.

The Mexican apple pie is supposed to be hot, covered in brandy sauce and served with ice cream. It was ICE COLD, dry (no brandy sauce) and served with ICING instead of ice cream. It was very disappointing.

Disappointed with the quality of professionalism and service to call your customer a liar is simply bad for business, I placed a togo order and on the receipt clear as day it says sour cream and I get home because 17 minutes later and open my box and its this mess. Its not what I ordered so I called to see if anything could be done and they wanted me to drive 17 minutes back to them with the chimi in hand for a replacement. I just wanted a refund at this point. Shame on you.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a At a restaurant, I will never be back trash and all of the people sat at a table in the bar and talk shit about all the customers in Español, but what they didn’t realize is I understood trash

We ate at this location on the 2nd of February 2025. First of all the service seemed like it was very good and on a scale of 1 to 10 the food was about a 6 in all honesty. However we had the waiter that left our ticket from the meal on our table did not offer sopapillas and would not even acknowledge we were sitting there finishing our meal and we want to ask him if we were getting sopapillas which usually the one on 16th and Meridian gives us sopapillas free of charge and we had just went to this one even after we had had a bad experience once before. When we get to the front counter to pay for our meal the lady tries to charge a $79 for our $35 meal which I told her no that was not what we had ate. My girlfriend got some enchiladas and I had got nachos plus drinks at $3 a shot for Dr Pepper and iced tea. All in all we talked to her about the sofa feels she was very rude. My advice to you would be the other locations are more customer service oriented, stay away from this one as much as you can they are not worth your patronizing their location. They have bad attitudes the food is not all that and like I said the service is sub at best

Parking: Numerous potholes in the parking lot. This needs to be remedied.

Very tasty food, great prices, ok atmosphere. Didn't try the alcoholic drinks though. Next time....🙌

Always getting our takeout order wrong. Ordered double beans, got double rice. Husband went back with receipt to get the beans, and they told him he needed to come back with the rice. Are they going to serve it to someone else or they just think we’re so hard up we’re trying to finesse some beans. Irritating. I’ve loved Chelino’s for decades, but we’ll probably just go to Casa Perico from now on.

When I ordered a double fajita dinner, I would expect to get more than what we received.There were only four or five flour tortillas in our order, which is a double that made no sense whatsoever.

If you want real Mexican food or even decent Mexican food this ain't it ! My birrira tacos tasted like sweet baby rays BBQ sauce
