Slowest Chic Fil A ever. Can’t rely on coming here if I’m in a rush. I could get to the next closest location and back to my house faster than I get food here. They always seem to be under-staffed. Truly the worst Chic Fil A in the state. Which is so sad because it’s in such a great location!

If i could leave a 0 rating I would. I stood at the counter waiting for 5 minutes, no greeting or anything just stares from the workers. I could actively see was making eye contact as the workers were just talking and standing where the food is being prepared to go out. Service was horrible because I was never even served or greeted my time stepping foot into the building. Train your workers better or fire them if they can’t do a job correctly by being lazy.

Friday 29 2025 My daughter after drinking the chocolate milk noticed grey gooey stuff in the bottle. This was reported to the team they checked expiry date and were going to find out what happened. Today she is not feeling good, I would like to know what was found in the bottle?

Came here at a rush hour and this team powered through the line and got us our food in no time! Sharon took my order and I came through the line again later to get a treat and she remembered my name. She was so cheerful and nice and made the experience great!

Good quick delicious. The staff here is always super helpful.
Customer service skills were very disrespectful. I pulled up and waited for five minutes before anybody said anything to me pay for my food. Six cars behind me got their food before I got mine. They told me to pull forward to get a salad no order in their drive-through at all they need to get it together. The kids are talking and talking about last night dinner no order.
