Nothing to do with food, but there was a lost husky roaming around this location at the busiest time of the morning and team members worked together to usher him to a safe location and get the poor dogs information, while still taking orders and trying to get people through the line as quickly as possible.

Fix the drive thru lanes. An entire lane blocked off solely for mobile orders is terrible. You are removing spur of moment drive thru decisions by trying to drive in app ordering. Really need to reverse this policy - it is killing your service time at drive thru.

The worst chikfila by far. They only have 1 drive thru lane and the other is for mobile pick up ehich sits empty half the time while you wait in the other line for your food. Giving chikfila a bad name to their normally fast service

Not completely about food but service. My daughter was hit by a truck exiting the turnpike and her vehicle rolled into ditch just west of CFA. The workers saw it and immediately went to assist. They took water and helped her before anyone else could arrive on scene. 3 individuals I know were Israel (EMTcertified), Malana (chaplain), and Madyson, all personally assisted us. My daughter ended up being mostly ok after ER visit but a total loss of vehicle. From being on scene immediately even though it is not their property to providing my family meals that afternoon (offered to deliver too) and providing video footage of incident to us and police, they were incredible. Praise God my daughter will be ok. Thank you.

This is by far the worst Chick-fil-a in Oklahoma City. The drive thru, is supposed to be a convenience but it takes WAY too long
This mobile vs drive up nonsense has got to stop. You used to have fast service, but it has gone to hell in the last month. I have a baby that cries bloody murder and stresses her hernia when she cries for a long time. I gave in and tried your mobile service because I was starting to wait forever in the regular line. Now I’m doing mobile and I’m still having to wait forever. NOBODY used to have to wait forever. This is ridiculous. I love the food, but I’m about to quit Chic fil a across the board, because it’s like this at ALL locations now.

I came here with 3 littles and had order 1 thing for all of us to share. The staff were so kind and generous. Unfortunately I didn’t notice their names because I was handling the 3 kids (5,3,1) but, who I believe is the manager, came up to me and she handed me 2 cards for the next time we go there and then the gentleman who took my order ended up giving me 3 extra kids meals. After that I nearly teared up because that was so heart warming.

I had an amazing experience at this Chick-fil-A! The lady who assisted us was incredibly attentive. I absolutely love Chick-fil-A sauce, so I asked for a lot at the register and even considered buying the bottle. She made sure I had everything I needed, and her outstanding service exceeded my expectations. The food was fresh and delicious, and the overall experience was fantastic. I will definitely be coming back to this location every time!
