My favorite Chick fil a location by far. The employees are always polite and professional, and the food is always hot. But the employee that really impressed me was Sharon, a wonderful lady who you could tell loves her job. WE NEED MORE EMPLOYEES LIKE SHARON!!!!

Cashier kid tried to steal $10 from me. It was $10 with 50 something cents I paid with a $20 bill and he asked me if I had the $.50 so I gave them to him. Then he took out a $10 bill of the Register (my change), but didn’t give it to me and put it back in so I waited and asked for my change which he argued that I paid with a $10! Manager came and said she was going to count the money from that register then came back and said that there were no extra $10 so then I told her to look at the cameras. And instead of herself coming back with my change and apologizing for the inconvenience, she sent someone else to just hand me my change back. Terrible manager. Please do better Chick-fil-A.

Ordered a 12 ct chicken nugget meal and the fries were cool at best, unseasoned and it looks sad… one chick fil a sauce not what I needed (4)…. And the nuggets were room temp. Terrible. Not worth the money…

I enjoyed the taste of the chicken I wish they can get chicken with bones such as small drumsticks with the same taste as the chicken nuggets. Although I did have bad experiences at this location see white pieces of hair multiple times in the chicken and fries. Please do not allow me to return and continue to see that in the chicken or fries again

Not giving mall employees a discount is crazy work corporate greed at its finest

This is the absolute best one I’ve ever been to. I come here a good 3 times a week for lunch, today I forgot my wallet and my Apple Pay wouldn’t let me use my card. They covered my lunch for me, they are always so nice to me here every time I come. I just really appreciate these people, normally I don’t leave reviews places unless the place I feel really needs one. But huge shoutout to these sweet kind people.

Ordered and paid on app, received receipt online, and then was told that payment was declined. I verified that payment had gone through on Google Pay. Manager continued to refuse giving my food even though I had everything showing I had paid. manager was extremely argumentative and rude. I will not be coming back to this store again.
