I am a disabled veteran. I was in about 8:40 pm this evening. They locked all the doors before I could exit and forced me to walk around the building to get to handicap parking. This is an example of fire code violation no exit operable with patrons in the building. I shall never eat at any of their establishments again or any of my family. I understand now why people call it HATE CHICKEN!

Crispy chicken sandwiches just like you expect! Drive through was massively confusing. So many staff members everywhere. They always want to take our order before I get to see the menu. I don't eat here often, I wouldn't mind a moment to review what they offer and the prices.
Parking: If you are are dinning in, you might consider street parking or parking at Red Lobster across the street. That parking lot is a mess.

Staff is friendly and great with taking care of guests. Food is hot and fresh. Only issue is this location is listed as one with a play ground. I visited this one specifically so my kid could play because it’s cold outside. We got here and there’s no play ground. It needs to be updated on google, or bring back the play place
Kid-friendliness: Of course kids are welcome but there is no play place

I got off work at 4pm, waited 20mins just to order and another 10mins to get my food.
I asked the lady specifically for Gluten free buns on two of my sandwiches and no dairy because my fiance was allergic. I got two regular sandwiches for myself making my order 4 sandwiches total. I just got home, another 30min drive. Now I'm finding out they gave me some type of Muiltigrain bun and the its crispy chicken instead of grilled. Not only is the buns wrong the the chicken has Gluten on it too. I can't even remove the chicken and make her a sandwich with her own bread because of this.

The order was short one sandwich and the extra pickles on two others turned into no pickles.

They always put my order wrong, I order a spicy deluxe large meal and they just gave me a regular sandwich, medium fries and drink.

I guess when you place two different orders and specify that you don’t want a bun, you still get a bun when you order from here. My friend is celiac and eating gluten makes her extremely ill. She said that she hasn’t really ever had issues with Chick-Fil-A in the past so we thought we’d order some food last night. The order said “no bun” and the receipt had “no bun,” but when we got home, all of the sandwhiches we ordered had buns. So my friend didn’t get to eat her food. It’s not a matter of “Oh, just take the bun off.” If there is even any cross contamination when it comes to gluten, it can cause her to have a reaction. I even went as far as placing a couple of different orders so hers would be bagged separately. When my husband went to go pick the orders up, he said there were maybe 2-3 other people in line so it wasn’t like it was an extremely busy night. Do better.

I visited Chick-fil-A #02572 on 1/25/25 at around 10:03 am and had the most refreshing experience working with Cynthia. I ordered 4 chicken biscuits and a large water at the drive through and was only charged $5.05, which I found really strange. When I got up to the window, Cynthia handed me my order that actually contained just a 4 count of chicken minis and my water. I let Cynthia know my order was incorrect and she graciously let me keep the chicken minis, while charging me for only 2 chicken biscuits but having 4 prepared for me. That wasn't the best part.
Because the chicken had to be prepared, Cynthia told me she'd guide me into a designated parking space amidst the crowded drive-thru lines and parking lot. She traffic copped the other patrons before removing a cone and having me park. A few minutes later, she returned with my 4 chicken biscuits with the same personable attitude and friendliness as before letting me know again that she'd help guide me out amidst the heavy store traffic. Cynthia again played traffic cop with exiting patrons before allowing me to make my way out.
Going above and beyond like Cynthia did for just a single patron among many made my morning. She should be commended and awarded for her exceptional customer service.
