DOORDASHERS BEWARE. Microaggressive Behaviors/profiling at this location.Never in my one year of doordashing have I encountered a restaurant employeee that gave me hard time/told me how to do my job at pick up. As i was attempting to pick up an order at this location, the employee refused to hand my the order without watching me press the confirm pickup button. This all while having an condescending smirk on his face. This was very confusing for me as anyone who doordashes KNOWS that in order to access the next screen, that includes the address/directions, you must first confirm pickup. this experience left a nasty taste in my mouth as, to some degree and due to the tone of voice used, it implicates that i would commit theft and not deliver the order. This experience has left me feeling a bit offended ngl as i think there are better ways to go about this process without being rude or making the dasher feel like a theif. I dont like to cause issues but you can just tell when someones energy is off and is trying to give you a hard time. Just wanted to give a heads up to future doordashers and customers in general. @chick-fil-a pls teach your employees to respect each and every customer/dasher no matter what preconceived notions they may have.

The employees take the 5 or 6 parking spaces in the front. This forces customers to park in the back by the strip club, literally, and walk thru 3 lanes of traffic to get to the front of the store. This has been going on for a year, at least. I have complained verbally and submitted official complaints. They do not care.

I was there an hour before they closed in the drive thru. The guy in the drive thru lane not only took our order wrong and charged me extra for items, but he ddidn't add the items we wanted don our order either. So when we checked the food, we were missing two items and also got the wrong drink. When we went back, they told us to wait for a bit, which ended up being about 10 minutes during which our previous food got cold.

Parking: You can park behind the building but then have to walk through the drive-through line. It is not optimal, and if people are not paying attention, it can be dangerous.

I don't know what has been going on with this location as of lately, but for the last 5 visits I've made here, I was always missing a sandwich. I wouldn't mind as much if it was an order of fries, but to miss an entrée is unacceptable. And for the past 5 visits every time at that! I only come to this location because it's close to home, but I'm seriously thinking of going out of my way to drive farther for quality service or just stop eating from this restaurant chain all together.
