Hey chick-fi-la corporate, if it's in the 40s or below, either provide warm attire, outdoor heaters or keep your employees inside just like you would a family member so they don't get sick. Customers can wait for their food in their warm cars. I love your food, but this system needs a little change.

I have to give a huge thanks to Rita for being so kind, helpful and engaging with our little one. Rita let her go to the back and make her own ice cream cone and it was amazing! Rita truly works so hard and loves what she does and it shows. I also have a gluten allergy to which they're always accommodating with so I'm thankful we can all enjoy eating out together (options can be limited).

The staff goes above and beyond every time I’m here it’s really comfortable, they make it worthwhile and the food isn’t bad either
Went here a few days ago. Food was exquisitely phenomenal. the service was also quite impressive. The kind young woman who took my order was amazing and very helpful. I think her name was Raven. It truly was my pleasure to eat here.

I got the spicy pretzel club sandwich for dine in. I had to wait 13 minutes before I decided to ask about my order since there were no other guests waiting in the dining room and an empty drive through. When I asked about my order the team put it together with very little sense of urgency.
The sandwich was cold and disappointing especially for the premium price point. The parfait I ordered had fruit that was old and soggy. The lemonade was good but that was the only thing. Overall highly dissatisfied with my visit.
