It’s Friday night, I just wanted some Chick-fil-A. The model of my car has a known issue with the bumper framing and the bumper needing replacement often. The last time I replaced it was a few years ago, but it’s starting to move again. When I drove through the little dip into the drive-thru, the frame scrapped against the concrete and made a noise. One of the young girls said to the other, “Is that her car making that noise? Oh it is!” before they both busted out in giggles. I get it’s probably annoying to listen to cars all day, but it was really an unnecessary comment. It was genuinely embarrassing and made me feel like I was in high school again being picked on by the mean girls. They were pleasant during our interaction, but I certainly heard everything they said before. I know they’re kids, but maybe you can add some training to teach them to not make fun of the customers. I don’t see myself coming back after that. It’s not worth feeling humiliated and insecure about my car the entire time I’m in line. I just wanted some chicken dude.

Great location for a quick bite. Easy to get in and out of unlike some other Chick-fil-A due to accessibility of other businesses parking lots being handy. I always get a SunJoy and he gets a chocolate shake. The shakeMachines are NEVER broken!! Hint hint McDonald’

Waited at the drive thru line for an extended period with no other cars. Then the girl in the drive thru sounded incredibly out of it and couldn’t make a coherent sentence. Frustrating experience.

I use yo recommend this place for gluten friendly. But 3 out of 4 times I've gotten food from here, they have forgotten to put the gluten-free bun or the meal. One time, even forgetting the nuggets. They don't take phone calls, and they won't refund you unless you drive back up there with your food. Chick-fil-A has gone downhill on their support and quality. If you are looking for something gluten-free, for the price, there are many options.Dietary restrictions: If you have gluten free stuff, they will forget it or give you non gluten free items!
