I had a door dash order with drinks. They refused to give me a drink carrier because it was just two drinks. These jerks make huge profits and are cheap when it comes to basic customer service!!!

Tonight, I was there to pick up food and I was disappointed. On my phone , it says to wait for they will send a notification when order is ready. I sat in my car for a minute or so and decided to go in since they were not busy. When I was at the store , I sat again for another 3 minutes still didn’t get a notification. I got up and came to the counter, those employees were just talking didn’t even ask or acknowledge my presence. I checked the bag that was on the counter and it had my customer name so I asked the girl to check if that order is for B***a and she said yes and handed it to me . Really, didn’t say an apology. I don’t even have problem picking up orders during daytime at this store but tonight it disappointed me because I have food in my car to be delivered. Managers at night shift retrain your employees.

Ordered from Uber eats 07/16/25, i ordered the chicken sandwich meal, substitute the fries to mac n cheese, the first bite as i was eating i thought it was cheesy and started pulling there was a freaking long hair, OMG i started screaming a immediately spit out the food took a picture and contacted the store manager!

Normally I like Chick-fil-A but this location served me a deep-fried straw wrapper. It was in my fries. Absolutely unacceptable. Makes me wonder if they just dropped a straw in the fryer, and the oil is filled with plastic. I’ve eaten a lot of fast food in my life but never had this happen. I’m urging everyone to stay away from this location!!
Besides one of the top business models in the fast food industry my son works there so best everything can't complain top rated don't trust me but trust me it's a pretty good chicken sandwich to

I ordered through Uber Eats in 05/01/25 and got my food and everything was still sealed. Later to find plastic in my cup. Please be aware!. Honestly I was beyond scared because who knows what could’ve been in the wad of plastic. This is so sad. Every time I decide to give chick-fil-a another chance they just disappoint.

I ordered carry out through the app and showed up a few minutes later. Once inside, I only waited 2–3 minutes to get my order. The pickup area is a bit tucked away around the corner, so it’s easy to miss if you haven’t been there before.
The biggest hassle was just getting to the Chick-fil-A itself, the lot is buried behind other restaurants and shops, so you have to weave through quite a bit to find parking and get in.
That said, the food was great. I tried the grilled BBQ Smokehouse burger and it was top notch. The mac & cheese could use more flavor, but overall, a solid meal.
