Very disappointed in the heavy set white male who I’m assuming a shift lead or manager, proceeded to lecture me about in order to get a drink carrier I need to order at least 3 drinks and was determined to not provide me one when the previous week I was provided one for 2 drinks. I guess they pick and choose when they want to follow the rules or take their anger out on people. Will never go here again

It's like my past few visits haven't been great which is very disappointing. I don't know what the deal is but as of late I've visited maybe three locations on different days and times in hopes that maybe one of them would bring me back to the good old days when my entire meal came out hot and fresh. It's like now they all seem to have been handing out lukewarm sandwiches. What made it worse is that during my last visit I just tried the "NEW" spicy grilled chicken sandwich (which I was really excited about at first) once and AGAIN the fries were hot the flavor wasn't there like it use to be and my sandwich was literally room temperature, the cheese was also dried out to where the edges had gotten hard. I would guess and think that now they may have started pre making their sandwiches and this particular one maybe an hour or maybe hours earlier and it just sat there instead of them getting rid of it and making a fresh one since I paid money for it. It seems like they're more focused on these new potato fries they came out with because the fries were hot, just not the main course., I also hate that they changed the recipe on the fries because they didn't taste good I much rather they old recipe because they were perfect.

Shame on you for discriminating against people who can't read or write Spanish. You are an AMERICAN company and should follow as such. If you have a job listing it should be listed in BOTH not just Spanish. That is discriminating against others that cannot read or write Spanish. Shame on you!!!! If you order breakfast before 10:30 but don't get to the restaurant until after 10:31 they will not honor the order. Even though you paid for it. That's disgusting. The bovine app shouldn't allow breakfast orders after 10am of that's the case.

I have never been disappointed by chick-fil-A until we visited this location in Oklahoma for the first time yesterday. Food was horrible! Fries were crunchy! My daughter joked about her teeth being broken. I couldn't eat mine. The frosted lemonade was watery and they remade it twice. The machine must be broken they seem to suggest it was normal for theirs to look like that. Tasted nasty, and again I couldn't drink mine, my daughter didn't finish hers when usually she does. The fruit cup was not fresh and the bun seemed a little tough. The market salad was not that fresh either. Would never go back to this location again!
love love love me some chick fil a but this location has severely under filled my fry containers on multiple occasions. i even typically order larges to try to avoid this issue but tonight both mine & my boyfriends large fries were under filled, his was legit only half full & mine maybe had a few more than that. i’ll try to post photos if i can figure out how & no we had not eaten any we had taken them out of the bag & removed the sauces that were piled on top of them. other than the fries issue they do a good job with everything else, everything in the bag & usually food is hot so we do appreciate that

As a delivery driver if I have two or more drinks I like to be given a cup holder. I was told to bring my own if I have more than two drinks. I've never heard of that before. I think it's ridiculous cuz we drivers sometimes have to walk up apartment stairs and things. It's easier for us to have a cup holder. So instead of being rich and cheap, think about these people that are helping you to make money by picking up food from your restaurant to deliver and trying to make it harder on us instead of easier

Food was as expected. They didn’t have pup cups for dogs which was disappointing. Now I have to get back in the truck with a chick-fil-a bag and no pup cup for my dog smh! And she expect one when we go to there. I’ve been all over the country and never heard of one not having pup cup.

Place a breakfast order and an order for a mini tray at the same time.This is the first time and over a dozen times that I've had a location not provide me the mini tray before I finished breakfast. I still had to wait additional ten minutes after I'd finish my breakfast.
