I’m not sure why but I counted 8 people behind me in line and who ordered after me get their food first. They all had multiple bags worth of food and multiple drinks, whereas I had 1 bag and 1 drink with a regular chicken sandwich so I guess I’m confused. I wasn’t asked to pull up for my order, I was told to by some guy. The customer service was low for their standards considering it’s very consistent at every location I’ve been to except for this one.
I n don't know what they got going on at this establishment the service is terrible they messed up on my sandwich twice they forgot it on the bag then the guy who took our order he was the best person there no one else offered a coupon the sandwich was supposed to have cheese get the sandwich a drive off look on the sandwich no cheese just poor customer service no real apology nothing just we will remake it for you I will never come back to this location we had strips for my kids no sauces the kind we asked for didn't even get it the lady in the drive thru said she was going didn't at all and they even parked me an family waited for like 30 minutes and you still messed up the order I would not expect that from Chick-fil-A they are always the best

Was not given my full order and when I reported it on the app I just got rewards to get the same items again for free that I have to use within a month. Should have been a refund as I do not want to go to chic fil a again. In particular not this location.
The food we did get the chicken was slightly off. This is all disappointing as I've always known chic fil a for their consistency. I will be going to raising caines instead.
