Nothing was right in my order but the fries and they were cold. I didnt orfer a grilled sandwich, server had his hand all on my ice cream cone I threw it in the trash before driving out. They gave me dr pepper instead of coke. I should've left once the employee KEPT talking about he was missing Halloween and I kept telling him i don't celebrate Halloween I believe in Jesus Christ.

I had such a great experience at this Chick-fil-A! From the moment I walked in, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The ladies at the counter taking my order were super nice and made sure everything was correct before finalizing it. They had great energy and really made the start of my visit feel pleasant.
When our food was brought out, the guys who delivered it actually used our names, which I really appreciated. It made the service feel more personal and genuine — you could tell they cared about giving great customer service, not just getting food out fast.
There was also a guy who seemed to be the manager, and he was awesome. He came by our table a couple of times to check in, asked if we needed anything, and made sure everything was perfect. You don’t always get that level of attentiveness, so it really stood out.
As for the food — everything was fantastic! It came out quickly, was hot and fresh, and tasted exactly how Chick-fil-A should. The fries were crispy, the chicken was juicy, and everything was served with a smile.
Overall, this location really impressed me. It’s clear the whole team takes pride in their work and genuinely wants customers to have a great experience. I’ll definitely be coming back to this Chick-fil-A again soon!
