My daughter loves this place. She loves they chicken nuggets. The employees is always super nice. I never been to a chick -fil-a and experience a employee with a bad attitude. It like everyone is always happy here and very welcoming. Thanks to all employees at all locations for A wonderful and positive attitude. Thanks ?

Chick-fil-A is getting soft. Got to have perfect weather to be outside taking orders. Why did you install heaters if you aren’t going to use them?Orders have been messed up the last few times as well. Might as well go to McDonald’s across the street.

I've always enjoyed my visits at Chick-fil-A.You can't beat the service anywhere.
Order a grill chicken sandwich instead I received fried chicken sandwich combo meal. Called them that day they said they would send coupons if not received in 4 weeks.call them so that's what i did.That was in January. So I went to get some chicken soup and spoke to a person that works there. Tried to till him what happened he looked it up found my complaint and said there is nothing he can do until he speaks to his manager. I was told to go up to the window and talk to the managerSo this person said he was a manager so l wonder why he couldn't fix the problem. So I told him I wanted a bowel of soup. He said he could not give the soup to me as I told him I was going to pay for it. He kinda of made me feel as if I was trying to get something free it made ne mad. So no one spoke to me about it. So 2days later l called them same old story nothing happened. The third time I tried I asked this person if they can call me she said if they could they will . Again no one called me to let me know what's happening. I just want what I ordered in January. They have no problem taking your money but when a issue is happening they seem like they don't want to fix it.
