Good, was typical for the chain. The problem is the staff. Holy hell, three of them behind the counter just constantly complaining about either the manager or another employee in front of customers the entire time we were there. Trash cans were overflowing as well.

It's rare that I leave a bad review but this deserved it. The employees were super rude. They also messed up my order and when I went up to get it fixed they said it was my fault it was wrong I thought they were just being rude to me but they were like that with everyone that ordered after me. I've never had a bad experience at a chick fil a. I don't know what's wrong with this one but I'm never going back.

The quality of the food, especially the vegetables, has noticeably declined. It seems like they are not using fresh ingredients anymore, which really affects the overall taste and experience. Additionally, the attitude of the staff has been far from the friendly and welcoming service I've come to expect from this chain. The employees come across as unhappy, which makes the dining experience uncomfortable. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as I would love to see improvements and return to enjoying what was once my favorite fast-food spot.
