The wings were surprisingly small for the cost. I ordered the sweet chili wings and the root beer BBQ. Neither were offensively bad but they just weren’t good at all. I will not be returning

I had high hopes for Chick N Beer, but this was one of the most disappointing dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. The food was subpar at best—my chicken was dry, overcooked, and lacked any real flavor. The beer selection looked promising, but the one I ordered was flat and tasted off.
To make matters worse, my waiter seemed more interested in pushing his political views than actually doing his job. I came in to enjoy a meal, not get lectured on politics. It was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary.
If you’re looking for a good meal and a relaxed atmosphere, I’d suggest going somewhere else. Chick n Beer is a hard pass for me.

Used to be great, but last several times we’ve been in the “wings” are tiny. They’re half the size of what you expect from a typical wing.
Service has really dropped off as well and the restaurant is in need of a massive deep clean. The floors have a layer of grease on them that actually make it a major slip hazard.

Chick-N-Beer’s wings are outstanding and the flavors are unique! I’ve tried many flavors- mama’s sweet n salty, honey lemon pepper, gochujang, and mango Thai chili (there’s still more flavors on my try-list). They’re all wonderful. The quality of the chicken meat is always consistently good, and I love the crispy texture from the double frying technique they use.
I also love their salt n pepper fries, kimchi fries, sweet potato waffle fries, and their fried pickles! Their dipping sauces are delicious too. I’m not a beer drinker but they have a huge selection of local beers (yay, we love local support) and popular import and domestic. They have a fun cocktail drink menu as well, with attentive and friendly servers.
This locally owned restaurant has a lovely atmosphere and feels like a hometown favorite hangout spot with many tv’s (sports bar like atmosphere). I highly recommend Chick-N-Beer.

Super disappointing. Both food and drink left so much to be desired. $72 after tip with an appetizer, meal and drinks for two isn’t crazy but for what the food was is insane. Frozen and fried up chicken, wings and fries. Besides the bad food we also got glasses of tea and it tasted as if the water used to make it came out of a pool. Just a really lack luster experience for $72.
Our server was amazing though so I give them that
