I came last night to buy dinner for my family and it was 30-45 minutes before close. My roommate and I were told that they were out of basically everything from french fries to corn nuggets and even gravy -_- and had "2 tenders" left. I was not happy with this as it seemed that they were just lazy and did not want to do anything. I absolutely love chicken express but last night was a huge disappointment and probably one of the worst experiences I have had here. I am not one to leave bad reviews but last night just kinda did it in for me.

The first time we went to this location we got home and found they didn’t give us our macaroni. Our second visit they put the sides with the wrong main dishes so we had to switch it all around. Also our family size macaroni was all chopped up broken noodles? As you can see in the photo there are no normal Mac noodles

Just came through the drive-thru to order chicken ordered paid waited One person drove off that was behind us and the person that was behind that person that drove off they got their chicken way before we got our chicken and I don't know how in the world they paid for it now unless it was just some ordered online but it's so weird that we're still waiting for two combos and it's like we got forgotten about so I don't know what is going on my mom went in to try and get two thighs a side of mac and cheese we got our drinks and now she's in there trying to get liver and gizzard combo with a roll so they never told us that they were waiting on chicken or anything but as we sit and I speak my mom is still in there waiting trying to get some chicken It's been 15 minutes so far and counting official count by folks 20 minutes for chicken I won't be back My mom may be shaking my head! 😐

Its probably the best chicken tender place in the world. A little expensive but very good

Fast, cheap, good. Gone are the days when fast food would get you at least two of those. This is none of those. On what planet is this a $17 meal?! And yeah, that one tiny nugget counted as one of my 7 chicken strips, apparently. I will not be back again.

My sons and I have tried eating here 3 time in the past 3 months. Every time we try to go through the drive-thru there's a 20 minute wait for chicken legs. As popular as chicken legs are, you would think management would be prepared, but they are not. We have had to leave and get food elsewhere each time. Needless to say this particular location will not be getting any of our business in the future.

My wife brought home chicken Tuesday night on Saturday, July 2 was the most worst chicken I’ve ever had in my life. It was two breast mashed potatoes gravy you peel back the skin on the chicken and it was nothing but dough and fat. The chicken was partially raw and partially overcooked. I don’t know how they did that one, but they did it was tough will not be back. I don’t know how you could mess up fried chicken but they made it into a new art mashed potatoes were cold. The gravy tasted like flour. There’s nothing good about it. No, I did not call them to get the money back for the sip effect I didn’t wanna have to drive all the way to Penn again it’s not worth the gas .

I ordered a breast & a wing. Once I got to the window to receive my food, the staff told me to pull forward & they would bring my order to me. The staff person said they had to cook a breast.IT TOOK THEM 20 MINUTES To BRING MY FOOD TO ME!! I told the staff person this was not cool. All he said was “sorry” & turn around & walked away.Do NOT go to this Chicken Express unless you have an hour to kill.I give Service NO STARS or more appropriate — NEGATIVE STARS.What makes this worse, this is not the first time I have had terrible service there. But, this will definitely be the last time that I order food from this poorly run establishment.
