Alicia was amazing. I came in with the whole family and she made sure it was a family like experience we ordered over $60 worth of food and she made sure nothing was missed and she did it all with a smile, even though we were changing things backward to forth!

I usually don't have a problem with this place.

Today however i ordered and got home to find that i got the wrong food. One box was supposed to be spicy and the other regular.

I drive back with the receipt and ask to just get the regular chicken and show a picture with the chicken and receipt in view. I am told that they can't replace it because i didn't have the box for them to throw away the incorrect food. I have to buy ANOTHER whole box.

There was a roll in the new box when i had asked for a biscuit, and when i got home my original food was cold just to top things off.

Maybe it's my fault for not checking the food the first time, but like I said i don't usually have a problem. What upsets me is that i couldn't just get some regular chicken by itself in a small box to fix the problem right there. They wanted me to bring the food back so they could throw it away. Why?

This location is the best. They always have fresh food and their portions match their price. The service is always great too. Chicken Express is my favorite fast food place. We look forward to coming to this location every week in the fall on the way home from soccer. It’s always great and I really appreciate the quality and service!!

Per restaurant hours, Chicken Express Okc closes at 10:30pm today. However, the Employees pretended to not see us arrive at 10:06pm while gathered outside the Restaurant with lights and the sign on. One Female Employee looked directly at us then stepped out of sight. We went where We would be acknowledged and respected.

Went through drive-through to purchase a two-piece meal they had no rolls ordered six piece of livers. They gave me a box of cold livers asked for hot sauce told me I was only able to get four and I asked them as I got to the window with my hot sauce in the bag got home and there was no hot sauce. Call back And they answer the phone and was very rude about not giving me the hot sauce who wants a meal without a hot sauce very poor customer service I guess I will have to drive all the way to Yukon to get good customer service😬

We ordered fresh chicken tenders for our meal, paid and pulled up to wait the 7-8 minutes it takes for them to drop in new tenders and waited close to 20 minutes. Finally got our order and it was not fresh chicken and it was the wrong side. They said they had given our order to another lady and had messed up hers as well. The amount of times the orders have been wrong is ridiculous. That needs to be fixed.

I ordered $40 worth of food and got served Chick-fil-A nuggets on a 16$ meal. Everything was wrong on our order. The manager was rude. Didn't offer me a biscuit or a pie for my troubles. I had to wait an additional 15 minutes for the correct order. She also tried to just give me chicken back in the box from my original order. Like I want your cold potatoes and okra can you not at least be respectful enough and make me a fresh meal? I had already drove home once and back again. This is not the first time this has happened. I will not be going back. I do not recommend this place to anyone. It's not worth your money no your time you have to spend more gas money to fix the mistakes they make! poor choice of employees

When ordering online they sent the food incomplete, impossible to get in touch with them. No refunds. Horrible service.

Had A Issue But The Manager Brittany Made It Right

Worse experience at a chicken express , i paid 11$ for 2 little pieces of chicken literally not even 2 inches big than I have to pay 54 cents for some sauce lmao I literally just bought chicken and yall cant even comp one sauce ??? I will make sure to take my service else where forsure!
