I went to the Chili’s off of Classen by Penn square mall with my dad and I was gonna say nick was such a great waiter. Service was good and food was excellent. If I could give him 10 stars I would but there is only 5

My date and I shared the nacho appetizer. I also took the strip steak dinner home. We sat at the bar and I had a couple margaritas.
Everything was nice.
The bartender was very polite. I think his name was Aaron.

Darryl at Chili’s is honestly the sweetest server! He made our whole visit so enjoyable with his kindness and great energy. He was super attentive, checked on us often without ever being pushy, and made sure we had everything we needed. You can really tell he cares about his customers. If you go to Chili’s, definitely ask for Darryl he’ll take amazing care of you! 💛🍽️

My boyfriend and I had the MOST AMAZING experience!! From the second we walked in, every single person—hostesses, servers, managers—was SO friendly and went above and beyond! The food was already delicious, but the manager even came over and offered to replace my asparagus because it wasn’t up to her standards. Incredible service!

And HUGE shoutout to our server Krystal!! She mentioned she was new, but you would NEVER know it. She was so sweet, so attentive, and we didn’t have to ask for a single thing the entire time. She absolutely crushed it.

10/10 experience — we will DEFINITELY be back!!

Me and my sister just left here and food was excellent. Daryl did a great job being our server. He asked if we want lemonade so we thinking that it's only two flavors him named all the flavors the lemonade we didn't even know y'all had that many. The manager too top tier and very sweet woman! They did an excellent job. Hands down. Go to this one! 😋

This restaurant needs to stop seating people when they do not have the staff to keep up, when you over sit servers, customers get crappy service, which was made very apparent with this visit. Our server came to our table exactly twice, he took our drink order and food order, food and drinks were brought out by other servers and that is litterally the only times servers came to our table the entire meal. We waited a very long time for our waters and were not checked on at all. We ran out of water and were not offered refills. We got fajitas and in all of my 30 years of eating fajitas, these were by far the worst. It was like they boiled the meat, didnt season it, and then seared it. I seriously regret coming to this restaurant and won't be back to this location.

Listen, don’t judge me but I found myself coming to this location twice in a 24 hour period. Im admitting this publicly because both servers (Cyan 11/20 + Daryl 11/21) were funny and attentive. Both interactions took place with two different groups of pals that I have and the people with me were also really happy with our servers.

I’ve loved Chili’s since I was a kid and every time I go it is a phenomenal use of my free will and adult wallet holding privileges. Make sure to give Cyan and Daryl some love. Kay?

Our waiter Eugene set the bar. His service was top tier, and he served us with amazing enthusiasm. Im not a big fan of the food but it was ok. Waiter Eugene deserves a raise.
