Chili's Grill & Bar

The food was as good as it usually is. Unfortunately our server was not. They checked on us once when we only had drinks and my husband asked for a refill. They never brought the refill. A different server brought us our appetizer and asked my husband what he was drinking and brought him a refill. A different server brought our food. Our server never checked on us again. Our drinks ran out. He walked by multiple times but too quickly for us to catch his attention to ask for refills. We eventually gave up on refills or anyone checking on us and just paid our check and left. It was disappointing.

Placed a to go order and when I got home my order did not have the salsa for my chips and salsa.

I hate them

Came in for a burger and a drink. We ordered 2 Santa fe burgers. We were given veggie patties instead of beef and were not asked if we wanted veggie or beef. When ordering a burger I would assume there would be beef unless specified otherwise. The service was great. The veggie patty wasn't horrible and we ate them, but it was noticeably not what either one of us ordered or wanted.

Me and my family goes to Chili’s in mwc and I 240 Service Rd. quite often. This was our first time at this location. My daughter ordered a side of fries with her food and the SAME amount that is on this plate is the same amount that she got. This is my dish and no, I Didn’t take a fry yet! When I asked the lady About the amount of fries that was on my daughter and my plate. She told me that that was normal! Which I know is a lie BECAUSE we go to chili’s at least once a week!! This place was not busy at the time we went! We love chilis but we Will never come to this one again and would NOT recommend.

Sat at the bar. Server was prompt and food was of expected quality. Priced right overall. Domestic 22oz drafts for $4 is nice.

The hostess sat me down at a dirty table. She was in a mood for whatever reason. We asked for ranch and our waitress never brought it yet she kept walking past our table. Overall I felt like both the hostess and waitress could've done better. I still gave a tip.
