The waiters me and my grandmother had were excellent. They were extremely nice, were positive, and the girl that served us our food said my grandmothers nails were gorgeous and said my shirt was cool which made both of our days. The food was fresh, no problems at all. We had a great time and will come again!

This is the last time I go to a Chilli's especially at this location. I ordered the chips trio with guacamole (no flavor), White Queso (ok), salsa (extremely watery). Or waitress was nice she said she was only a couple weeks on the job. Our party was 20 people, and she had another section. I told her she needed help a few times and the manager finally came to help (Bill). Our drinks, ordering food, refills took a long time and most people ordered burgers. Almost every person's orders were wrong, salads came out way after the meal. After asking multiple times I finally got up and got silverware, napkins and salt & pepper for the table. It was a terrible experience. Even receiving our checks took a long time and I had to confirm my order maybe 3 or 4 times to be charged the correct amount. The steak in this picture was supposed to be medium sent back still rare. Everytime I go there not a good experience

The food was as good as it usually is. Unfortunately our server was not. They checked on us once when we only had drinks and my husband asked for a refill. They never brought the refill. A different server brought us our appetizer and asked my husband what he was drinking and brought him a refill. A different server brought our food. Our server never checked on us again. Our drinks ran out. He walked by multiple times but too quickly for us to catch his attention to ask for refills. We eventually gave up on refills or anyone checking on us and just paid our check and left. It was disappointing.

I hate them

Came in for a burger and a drink. We ordered 2 Santa fe burgers. We were given veggie patties instead of beef and were not asked if we wanted veggie or beef. When ordering a burger I would assume there would be beef unless specified otherwise. The service was great. The veggie patty wasn't horrible and we ate them, but it was noticeably not what either one of us ordered or wanted.

Me and my family goes to Chili’s in mwc and I 240 Service Rd. quite often. This was our first time at this location. My daughter ordered a side of fries with her food and the SAME amount that is on this plate is the same amount that she got. This is my dish and no, I Didn’t take a fry yet! When I asked the lady About the amount of fries that was on my daughter and my plate. She told me that that was normal! Which I know is a lie BECAUSE we go to chili’s at least once a week!! This place was not busy at the time we went! We love chilis but we Will never come to this one again and would NOT recommend.
