Our experience was disappointing from start to finish. There was no hostess when we arrived, so we waited several minutes before a server finally noticed us and seated us. Despite having three small children with us, we were given only adult menus, which caused another delay while we waited for kids’ menus.

When the food arrived, it was brought out at different times. The adults were served first while our children had to wait for their meals, making it awkward and frustrating to eat together as a family.

To make matters worse, the tabletop payment kiosk malfunctioned. Although it recognized our NFC tap, it would not process the payment. We then had to pay through the server, who brought over another device and held it while we completed the transaction, which felt uncomfortable and unnecessary.

Overall, the lack of attention, poor pacing of service, and payment issues made for an experience well below expectations.

Let's see...name of the place is Chili's. Cup or bowl? Nope, they don't sell chili. Makes sense...
They do sell lukewarm mac and cheese, and lukewarm cheese fries... all courtesy of a surly bartender.
Service with a snarl. Won't make this mistake again.

Food was good but the server seemed to not care that our order wasn't right and the manager never checked in at our table every other chili's we have eaten at the manager always checked in with the guests and those locations were packed this one was almost empty

The restaurant has an unappetizing smell when you walk in, and while I wouldn't say it was dirty, it's in bad need of a refresh. The service was great, with a friendly server, and the steak and chicken fajitas were really good. They even made me a passion fruit and mango tea that was great! I'll certainly eat here again next time in town.

New menu not the greatest when you go in looking for classic choices. Restraunt in OKC near the airport had dirty floors with lots of left over trash from previous party

I just want to say that the service was excellent our waitress was very attentive and very polite and kind she made sure we were well taken care of and she even gave my Granddaughter a special treat Jasmine is the best✅

Love it but the one out by Penn Square is not good

This place is great! The waiters and waitresses are really nice and the food tastes amazing, the atmosphere depending on when you go is also amazing, but beware, some people talk a little too low.

Do not place any online orders for pickup after 2:30 PM because the staff will cuss you out because you interrupted their smoke break. Maybe turn off the app menu during break times? Don't blame customers for wanting to order food!

When I come here to get my favorite meal, it's always nice to get great service and welcoming here at this location. I do appreciate the great lunch and dinner when I come here often it's always a pleasure eating here.

During our visit to Chili’s, we waited over five minutes without any acknowledgment, even though there were four employees at the host stand. The restaurant wasn’t busy, and despite making eye contact with a manager or host, no one came to assist. Ultimately, we decided to leave and went to a different Chili’s instead.
