Our experience was excellent. Our waitress was very attentive. One of the best I have had. The food was hot and good. We were a party of five and we'll taken care of by staff. This was on a Monday about 4p.

Not friendly at all. 2 people dining in restaurant but service was not good. The food was cold. Sauce on pasta was non-existent.

My chicken tinders were under cooked and my waiter was very difficult to find for refills and to order. I went at about 6pm on a Thursday, there were maybe 10 other customers in the restaurant.
The host was great and ended up being the only way I could get any staff members attention for service. 10/10 host everyone else’s service was lacking to say the least.

Nasty, tables dirty, stink when you walk in. People in the kitchen playing around the food. Whack!!! Hurried up and got my money back before I got the food. I sat there for 10 minutes waiting on the food while looking at the dirty tables, while listening to the employees playing around in the kitchen. Pitiful. Nobody ever came to clean the tables. The longer I sat there the more my mind said GET OUT!!! So I happily got my money back.
The tip glass was even greasy,dirty, and empty and I see why. Nothing is being cleaned at all in that place….disgusting!!!

It was very busy and they were understaffed with wait staff so other customers seemed forgotten about... but I love chili's maybe keep a couple staff as standby in case such a surprise din crowd comes in again.

I don't usually write reviews unless they are good, but this was honestly some pretty bad food. We had a TOGO order with a MR steak and it was well done, they forgot the garlic butter and when we asked for it they handed us oil. The tea tasted old and bland, my fiance ordered the Cajun pasta and it was dry and barely had any toppings on it. Seriously of all the chilis we've been to this is by far the worst😅 I recommend taking a bite of your food before walking out with it.

Waited 5 minutes for the staff to acknowledge that I came in for a to go order. Then they helped the gentleman behind me instead of helping me. I politely walked out. I will not enter this establishment again in the future.

Cool bar. Nice food.
Bar staff lady last night treated us like we were a pain in her ass. For ordering drinks and food. Didn't even look up from her phone when we left. Beer was flat and three quarters full.
Server brought food but no cutlery.
