Order to go a little close to closing but make sure it was appetizers nothing that they had to turn the grill on for and I can't stand on a restaurant is open and decides that they want to stop to helping any new orders when it's still an hour before they close. I can understand walking in 5 or 10 minutes closing time and being refused ordering certain items pause how many restaurants I think including Chili's did you post that their kitchen closes earlier than the actual restaurant and so they act rude and put out like it's too late way ahead of time.

The Old-Fashioned Cheeseburger at Chili’s is absolutely on point. I love the flavor — it really does taste old-fashioned, with that classic grill flavor you expect. The burger has the perfect amount of grease, not overly thick and not too thin. I ordered mine with mayo and mustard, and they nailed it with just the right amount. Honestly, hands down one of the best cheeseburgers I’ve had from a chain in a long time. I usually prefer diner burgers and don’t order cheeseburgers from chains, but this one changed my mind. Good job.

Ordered a medium-rare ribeye with asparagus, and i was downright impressed how well they cooked that steak. Good sear and flavor. I been to a lot of steak joints, so believe you me, dont sleep on their ribeyes. The service and quickness was also on point. Will definitely be there again.

The hamburger was so wet. The bone was like nasty mush. It wouldn’t even hold together so you could eat the burger. Chicken quesadilla was laying in grease.

We had the fajitas for 2,the triple dipper, potato soup, chips and salsa. and the sliders. The only thing that wasn't good is the salsa. It tastes too much like tomato sauce.

We called ahead of time to make sure we can get on the waiting list, since we were 10 mins away and thats how long the man working there said the wait was. He said we will be seated by the time we get there. We got there our name wasn't on the list like promised. The manager knew we called she checked the call log on her phone and I showed her mine she saw it was their number. made us wait 45 mins becuase they gave our table away. No apologies just rudeness from the old lady manager there and the man that took the call didnt even show his face to apologize. If that wasn't allowed then he should have said something so we didnt have to wait there. I feel like that man who took the call should be fired and so should the manager since no apologies were given to me and my family or anything for their screw up. And the rudeness by saying we didnt call and saying we were lying even though it showed we called worse experience ever.

Getting rid of your skillet queso is the dumbest thing I have ever heard. It’s the best thing I have had for two decades.. it makes sense though it makes you too much money. I would get rid of it as well. 😂
