If it werent for my server Ally, i would rate 0 stars, won’t be returning, manager doesn’t know anything about hospitality or compassion. I ate about half of my dip trio and exactly 2 bites of my pasta before Ally brought me a bag and togo boxes I paid my tab, packed my togo bag then went to the restroom that was just around the corner from my table. When I returned I was surprised to see my bag of food gone and the tables closest to me telling me they tried to warn the buss boy that they thought I might be returning. An obviously full bag of food shouldn't have been thrown away after 2 minutes of me in the restroom. I have worked in the hospitality (restaurant) Industry long enough to know that most places have a policy of leaving togo food alone for 5 minutes incase the guest returns. Ally was amazing an very sweet she made sure that I received my order and my appetizer even though the manager was not willing to give me my dip trio at first. I have a problem with this because as I said this is a hospitality industry , whenever ur staff messes up and ur guest is impacted negatively you should do everything in ur power to make sure said guest is satisfied and willing to return. I found the whole experience to be very rude and no apology from the manager pushed me to leave a review. Once again Ally was great management could use some work though.

Went for lunch with my wife and some former students. Food was mostly pretty good but my broccoli was barely cooked at all so I didn't eat it. My steak was a little overcooked but tasted fine. Our server was fanatic though.

food was great, my margarita was yummy & my server was a total sweetheart (unfortunately didnt get her name). only complaint was we could actively hear some of the employees talking shit about us in the back & staring hard like they had a problem loll 🤷🏽‍♀️

Jacob is hands down one of the best servers we’ve ever had! Sometimes it’s not just the food or the atmosphere—it’s the people who truly make the experience memorable, and Jacob absolutely did that for us.

His hospitality and calm, professional demeanor stood out right away. He struck the perfect balance—attentive without being overbearing, quick and efficient, yet warm and genuinely funny. He checked on us at just the right times and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish.

Jacob elevated our entire experience. If you’re dining here, hope you get him—he’ll make your visit that much better.

Came in to eat dinner, while waiting on our food a food runner Jalessa came around the corner. She was holding a bowl of soup in her hand for another guest. She switched hands and licked the soup that dripped on her hand.
When I saw this, I waved her over I told her what I saw, and that she should go wash her hands and get the customer a different bowl. Her response was... it was a different hand. WTH. Ma'am. Doesn't matter that's beyond nasty.
You should know better.

Not only was my whole meal 50$ for one person (app dinner and side salad not including tip) but they gave me the appitizer with the main meal and my side salad was the first thing to come out. Server was good but experience was terrible

My wife and her family wanted to celebrate Fourth of July with her family and I thought since we never had this place and rarely dine In it would be good. We was wrong. The server was rude. Kinda like he didn’t wanna serve us or we was a bother. Well first off my wife’s cousin had the chicken tenders and they wasn’t coooked all the way because blood was dripping out. And my order was all messed up aswell. My chicken wasn’t done and my ribs was burnt to a crisp. So I asked them to remake it and the same thing happened just more bbq sauce and I didn’t wanna argue so my wife and her family just paid and left honestly I wanted a refund because it was a waste of 65 dollars. Will not come back here again….

I've lived in OKC all of my life, and this Chillis never disappoints!!! Recently tried their cajin Alfredo pasta and it was to die for.

Mannn chilis has gone downhill!! Finally got seated and first thing that happens is 2 servers arguing at our table over seating.. then make a drink order and she forgets all about us ended up getting drinks same time as food! Then no silverware to even eat it with and have to remind her once agin we need forks then we asked for napkins as we should already have them and still sitting here waiting for a napkin but guess we have been forgot about agin! As to why I’m writing this review! Won’t be back agin!
