The FIRST time in a long time I haven't been able to finish the plate. The Bacon Burger is beautiful and the fries were nice too, big bacon strips and 2 slices of cheese on it. The service was QUICK and easy and overall this place was unforgettable, only thing is the beef queso was iffy but still good. The sweet tea is nice and free refills come with that, and getting a table was quicker than expected. 9.5/10 just don't let the beef queso get cold and you're all set. (P.s the burger was $14 and totally worth it and Carissa was nice too!)

Nobody would answer the phone. The to go staff was not friendly. Then was given not cooked hamburgers once we finally go the food.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at the Chili’s on NW Expressway, and it was all thanks to Miya, who is truly one of the best servers I’ve ever had. From the moment she greeted our table, she was warm, upbeat, and incredibly attentive. She struck the perfect balance—checking in just when we needed something without ever hovering.

Miya made great recommendations, kept our drinks full, and made sure everything came out exactly right. What really stood out was her attitude: friendly, patient, and genuinely caring about making sure we had a great meal. It’s rare to find someone who can turn a simple dinner into an outstanding experience, but Miya did exactly that.

If you’re stopping by this Chili’s, ask for Miya. She’s the kind of server who makes you want to come back!

Waited forever for pickup help. I waited, called and went to bar. The bar tender got the guy. He said, oh the phone must be down. I heard it so loud. The food was cold by the time I got help. Next time I'll just walk in and get my food. The service was incompetent.

Good service and friendly...

I had the BEST, and I mean BEST waitress ever tonight! Kayla was the best waitress I’ve ever had at any restaurant in Oklahoma! She genuinely cared for my table, was extremely knowledgeable on the menu, and was super friendly and energetic! I think she deserves a good raise/promotion! I tipped her a good amount for how good she was being my server! If you come in when Kayla is working, make sure you get her!!!!

Kayla did an excellent job, she deserves a raise or promotion and I hope that continues to get good folks in her section. We’ve been here a couple of times and this is the second time she has waited on us. We felt like we are more than just customers and we greatly appreciate that, and I felt that I should tip her 50 percent just because she did more than go through the motions.

Food was overpriced. Servers were uncoordinated and brought duplicate drinks and sides more than once. Drinks weren't as ordered. Odd problems for s slow Thursday evening.

Good quality food however they get the order wrong about 90% of the time which is pretty aggravating. Check your takeout before leaving.
