Chili's Grill & Bar

Even tho it was in the middle of the afternoon....our order qas complete, hot, and ready in a timely manner. When I got it back to the hospital my co worker was impressed how hot it was considering most of our other food experiences elsewhere are generally close to luke warm at best.. Thank you and we will definitely be back.

Customer service at this place is amazing! It's every bit as good as at upscale restaurants, yet with a casual atmosphere and prices. Our server Marcy introduced herself by announcing almost apologetically that she was on her first solo shift. Despite her relative lack of experience she was very attentive to details. The biggest thing is she made us feel welcome.

As we ate I noticed that surrounding employees were providing upscale service to their respective customers. Each one struck a positive tone that could be felt throughout the dining area. Uniformly good service does that.

As we prepared to leave the manager, Leslie, stopped to see if our experience was up to par. I took the opportunity to compliment not only our server, but the employees around us. (I spent nearly 40 years managing various aspects of customer service and am aware this level of courteous professionalism rarely happens spontaneously.) Leslie confirmed staff members receive specific training on every aspect of their roles, especially soft skills. She and her team are doing a great job getting the point across.

My only reservation about our visit came when our main courses arrived. My smashburger was a little overdone and dry, uncharacteristic of this type of burger. However the fries were perfect, as was the potato soup I chose to take home to eat another day.

Bottom line: Kudos to everyone for setting the stage for a pleasant dining experience. We travel to this area periodically and are planning to stop again in the future.

We had reservations at Gordon Ramsay’s tonight for our 8-year anniversary, but after waiting over an hour with no dinner in sight, we finally gave up and left. We came to this Chili’s instead, and honestly it saved our night.

Our waiter Cameron was incredible. So polite, so attentive, and unbelievably quick. The service here was better than at the “fancy” place we originally planned. Our food came out hot, delicious, and fast, and the whole experience turned what started as a stressful night into a wonderful anniversary dinner.

Thank you so much for the amazing service and hospitality. Truly great business and a great team. You saved our anniversary! 💛🍽️

We are big chili’s fans and that’s why we were so disappointed with the one off memorial in Oklahoma City, 2 of the last 3 visits there, our steaks were extremely overcooked and the service regarding said poor quality could use some coaching. I don’t advise anyone to go there for steak unless you like them charred and tough, not sure if they know what medium means. Expressway chili’s is good, I would recommend avoiding memorial location.

I typically don't leave reviews, but my wife and I went for dinner and had an excellent experience. The food was very good, but the best part of the evening was our waiter Skyler. He was phenomenal! He was very friendly, attentive, and did an excellent job. What was even more impressive was when he brought our check, he told us it was his first day working the floor! Definitely one of the best servers I've had at any restaurant in quite a while.

Ashlie, the bartender who assisted me, provided exceptional service. Ashlie is an outstanding individual who perfectly embodies the values of Chili's.

I also had the pleasure of meeting Myra, the General Manager of this Chili's location. Her professionalism is evident, and her positive demeanor is truly infectious. Her strong ethical leadership is a key factor in making this Chili's a remarkable establishment that one would eagerly recommend for family dining.
