The reason for the poor review is this location is always, and I mean always a long wait, regardless of how busy.

This last trip, I was going to have the 3 for me, with the salad. Ordered at the same time as Tea.. 20 minutes later, I still didn't have my salad.

I placed a to go order on Memorial at Portland. My order was on an unheated shelf. The food was room temperature. Oven baked steak and it was tough. potato was a casserole which was gluey. Broccoli was perfect. Disappointed.

Ordered two southwest chicken salads both were so hot couldn’t even eat them. Called to talk to the manager and was left on hold. Terrible service!

Today i went to this location with a few friends and my server that i end up with each time that i go was disrespectful and had no type of hospitality. each time that we are served by him, he does not smile and it always seems like he is in a rush to get us out. usually we do not complain and we always tip him good but today he was beyond disrespectful when taking our orders, and was disrespectful when we asked for extra ranch. he said “well i brought two out so do you guys really need more”. the manager was extremely helpful and gave us the hospitality that should have been shown by the server. he was passive aggressive to us after we spoke to the manager saying stuff like “ apparently i was being rude” . i don’t recommend him to serve you as he was very disrespectful and even talked badly to his other guests about us in front of us. again the manager was amazing and so helpful and i appreciate her for taking care of us hopefully she gets a promotion because she deserves it !

Dined in, Taj was great, unfortunately our food was not. Soggy Chicken “crispers” and spoiled ranch. Wont be back.

Would have given 5 but it was a little confusing on where to go to pick up my to go order I ended up standing in the front entrance none of the girls ever asked me anything I ended up having to finally stop one of them to ask where I was supposed to go so I could get my food. I stood there for over ten minutes. But the girl that did give my order was super super nice I wish I could remember her name so I could give her a shout out.

I ordered the chicken strips and corn on the cob. I don't know if the chicken was old and had been warmed up but it was very tough and tough to chew. The corn on the cob was the same. In all I was very dissatisfied with the meal. I only ate on chicken strip and half of my corn on the cob. I am not sure I will try this place again.

Absolutely disgusting! i found a hair in my burger i took it to go last nigh. i brought it to school, and as i’m eating it i look down and see a LONG piece of black HAIR!! in my food. this hair did not belong to me!! i pulled it out as you can see in the photos SO FREAKING DISGUSTING DO NOT EAT HERE OBVIOUSLY STAFF ISNT CLEAN🤮🤢 i never had a problem with this chilis before so this is disappointing.

How would you like it if your server (Taj) grabbed your credit card before you had a chance to look at your bill, inserted it into the payment device and hurriedly asked "How much do you want to tip me?"
I was quite stunned, don't feel like going back to this Chili's on Memorial!
I was totally capable of doing the payment myself, didn't ask for help!

My wife and I came here for a cheap date night. Despite a heavy Saturday night crowd, we were seated immediately at a cozy little spot for 2. Our table wasn't completely clean - there were a few sticky spots. But, that was the only complaint I had. Our server was friendly, professional, and attentive. The manager checked on us at one point and even refilled our drinks. The food was great. We got chips and salsa for an appetizer. The main course arrived quicker than expected (especially considering how busy it was). My wife wasn't very hungry, so she had the chicken tortilla soup. I was starving and had the Chipotle Honey Chicken Crispers with fries and upgraded my second side to street corn (I highly recommend it). Checkout was simple using the kiosk on our table. I would have given 5 stars if it weren't for the cleanliness of our table (my wife is a big stickler for that...lol). But, other than that, it was a pleasurable dining experience.

Second order in a row that this Chilis location on memorial has messed up my order. To make it worse they just blame the door dasher when all they did was literally picked up the INCORRECT order! Do better Chilis!! At least man up and offer a free meal on your end since YOU messed the order up!!

Overall not a great experience. Our witness was not attentive, we repetitively had to ask for the same thing. We didn’t get refills unless we specifically asked. And she walked away in the middle of taking our order.

The food came out cold and wasn’t very appetizing. Our skillet queso was cold and thick when we got it.

Our server was absolutely amazing. However, it took the kitchen a little over an hour and a half to get our appetizer out to us late afternoon on a Thursday. The food was far from what I used to love.
