We were pleasantly surprised by the staff friendliness and great food here! The chicken sandwich is fantastic, and the burger was great too! Christina was an awesome server. it was nice to see staff help each other with taking care of customers! We will be back!

Mediocre food, Mediocre service 😕

It took a long time to get food served. Once served great food and drinks. Miss their corn. They now have white mac n cheese instead.

The baby back ribs lacked moisture and meat. I've definitely had better at other chili's restaurants. I wouldn't have even thought about sending those ribs to the customer. If I wasn't on a time crunch driving from out of town for a Dr appointment I would have went somewhere else. Lesson learned never go back to that one.

I came in last night with my friends and family and decided that I had to write a review, let me just say.. that this was the best service I have had in a very long time. Coming to Chilis in Oklahoma for the first time. Our server Teegan was exceptional and gave great recommendations. She as well as the rest of the staff was very kind and helpful!

The food was amazing and the servers did a great job; however, a woman of the name of Ricky was very rude. She did not look happy what so ever and did not speak to us past asking whose food was who’s. The hosts were very pleasant, along with the servers!

I had lunch at Chili's today, and overall, it was a pretty good experience. The service was really commendable; our server was attentive and checked in on us just the right amount. I also want to give a shout-out to the manager, Chance. He was very engaged and made sure everything was running smoothly, which added a nice touch to our visit.

The bartender was also on point, mixing up some great drinks that fit perfectly with our meal. The atmosphere was relaxed, making it an easygoing place to enjoy lunch. If you're looking for a spot to grab a bite, I’d definitely recommend checking it out!

Don't sit in the bar area cause service was slow, different people waited on us, so no one knew what we ordered.... food was pretty good tho...

The reason for the poor review is this location is always, and I mean always a long wait, regardless of how busy.

This last trip, I was going to have the 3 for me, with the salad. Ordered at the same time as Tea.. 20 minutes later, I still didn't have my salad.

I placed a to go order on Memorial at Portland. My order was on an unheated shelf. The food was room temperature. Oven baked steak and it was tough. potato was a casserole which was gluey. Broccoli was perfect. Disappointed.

Ordered two southwest chicken salads both were so hot couldn’t even eat them. Called to talk to the manager and was left on hold. Terrible service!

Today i went to this location with a few friends and my server that i end up with each time that i go was disrespectful and had no type of hospitality. each time that we are served by him, he does not smile and it always seems like he is in a rush to get us out. usually we do not complain and we always tip him good but today he was beyond disrespectful when taking our orders, and was disrespectful when we asked for extra ranch. he said “well i brought two out so do you guys really need more”. the manager was extremely helpful and gave us the hospitality that should have been shown by the server. he was passive aggressive to us after we spoke to the manager saying stuff like “ apparently i was being rude” . i don’t recommend him to serve you as he was very disrespectful and even talked badly to his other guests about us in front of us. again the manager was amazing and so helpful and i appreciate her for taking care of us hopefully she gets a promotion because she deserves it !
