Normally, restaurants just deep fried firm/soft tofu and then prepared them with any dish that required tofu (maybe except soups). We ordered the boneless BBQ ribs and they were delicious. My husband ordered Mongolian beef with white rice Xtra spicy but it was not spicy at all. I ordered house special lomein which was very bland with very little meat. We also ordered two egg rolls which could have been fried harder.
