It’s extremely hard to get an employee’s attention to pick up an online order. They ignore you until you decide to just start picking up bags looking for your name.

The food was great and the employees were even better. I left my wallet and when I came back 10 minutes later it was there with nothing g missing.

Around 3:15 PM there was a long line of customers and only one person who showed any sense of urgency to make sure people were getting the help they needed. It was a kind woman with glasses. You could tell she was struggling but still giving it her best effort — unlike her two African American co-workers who, at times, were simply walking past her cracking jokes.

There was a black woman running the cashier who was completely and utterly useless beyond checking people out. If she had any sense of customer service, she would’ve helped the poor woman move orders along. Instead, she just stood there while her co-worker struggled, only assisting people that were ready to check out — which happened once every 2–3 minutes. Completely disgusting, entitled behavior.

Her other black co-worker was in the back, laughing and moving slower than a sloth. It’s sad to see those two poorly represent the team. Props to the one woman who took charge and did what she could while the other two stood around useless.

Everytime I come to this location, I'm disappointed. Their chips are almost always stale and guacamole is bland. I ways order a chicken bowl, which the chicken is burnt, rice is either under or overcooked. It's ridiculous to pay this amount of money for below sub-par food.

The service was extremely slow, the food quality was disappointing, and to top it off, the ice machine was broken, which made the drinks warm and unrefreshing not great in the middle of summer.

For the price we paid, we could’ve easily eaten at Clark Crew BBQ down the road and actually enjoyed the experience. The value just isn’t there. It’s clear that this restaurant is suffering from poor management, and it shows in every aspect from the cleanliness to the customer service.

Definitely wouldn’t recommend until major changes are made.

Ordered on the app, food was over 20 min late and missing items. No customer support.

We came at 8:30 at night and they were out of meat. Not enough food for them to sustain the day!

Location is poorly managed and chronically understaffed. It used to be a top notch location, but not anymore.

Stood in line for 20 minutes before leaving to get dinner somewhere else.

Don’t bother ordering for delivery either. They have a separate prep line for pick-up & to-go orders. The quality is noticeably worse.

This is the worst managed Chipotle I’ve ever been to. Consistently out of chicken, dozens waiting for their online orders in addition to long regular lines. Truly unfortunate this is the only one close to downtown OKC.

Portions are hit or miss. Usually the last hour before close, they'll run out of A LOT of toppings to the point it's not even worth ordering because you can't get what you want. Staff is good though.
