Homeless people are inside the restaurant, literally drugged out.. they refused to give us hot and fresh food at 10:30 because they closed the kitchen early.

The portions were way too small and my burrito bowl was mostly rice. They didn’t even fill up the small salsa cup, it was just below half.

Not impressed, twice I have paid for pickup orders with a drink and haven’t gotten the drink. I tried to get ahold of the restaurant to try and get a refund. Nobody would answer the call and there wasn’t a way to leave a voicemail.

I used to really enjoy Chipotle but order errors, lack of customer service, and smaller portions sizes has me looking to go to other places instead

It was my first time eating there, suggested by my grandson, I should have let him make the order, I was not impressed with the food, maybe I should try again .

Everyone happy, clean, very friendly.

Was out of items and didn't seem like they wanted to make more. Two hours before close and they're out. Rude service on top of stale chips. First ever experience at Chipotle and won't be going back to another

They had no barbacoa, no steak, no queso so I had to get chicken which had so many fatty chunks in it and there chips were so stale 👎🏽 bad experience

Im not one to leave a review but today I got a bowl of cold ahh steak and rice and the portions is crazy small for what the bowl cost whoever made ts needs to get it taken out their paycheck 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ do better next time please (picture doesn’t really show how little of a portion I received)
