I ordered to go from here and they gave us the smallest amount possible. Half what they usually give us if we dine in. The chips were super stale and the guac was watery and gross tasting compared to other chipotles.

Consistently disappointing.
I frequent this Chipotle location often (mainly out of convenience), but lately, it's rarely been a good experience. During my most recent visit just after 8 PM on a Sunday (they close at 11), they were already out of half the proteins; and missing multiple toppings, including pico, which is probably the most important of all. Thatās not a late-night visit; thereās no reason they should be running out that early.
The staff always seems apathetic and rushed, even when the place isnāt particularly busy. Combine that with rising prices and declining food quality, and itās hard to justify continuing to eat here.
Reading other recent negative reviews, Iām clearly not the only one noticing these issues. Chipotleās standard response is to post a link to āshare feedback,ā but at this point, itās not about collecting feedback - itās about fixing whatās broken at this location.
I think we are done with Chipotle for the time being. It's too bad, because we go regularly.

Chipotleās is the best hands-down great for burritos or bowls, tacos or anything else itās a great place to eat.

Atmosphere and cleanliness: 0 star - Very dirty store as soon as you walk in. There's food on the floor and table that employees never clean up. There are so many employees every time we go behind the counter and some were just standing and not doing anything. So, I don't know why they leave the store to be in that state. We usually get our order to go to avoid from eating at the tables with food and trash everywhere left behind by other customers.
Food: 1 star - we ordered bowls last week and rice was not fully cooked and still tasted like grains. The reason for 1 star is it was probably one of the many times with this uncooked rice experience. But my husband's order was literally not even half of the bowl. We didn't open up to check until we picked up our mobile order and got back home to realize how little of food they give out to him compare to my order. I wish I had taken picture of his bowl so that I could show it here.
Service: 0 star - no greetings from any of the employees every single time we pick up our food regardless of whether they have other customers or not and no employee cleans the place. Every single table at this location is filthy with trash from previous customers.

I believe they just giving out old guacamole when the commercial on TV shows made fresh everyday. False advertisement!!!
I went there on 6/23 and picked up my order that I ordered on the app for the first time... My burrito was missing the fajita vegetables, the barbacoa, lettuce, and cheese... The chips were very stale... The queso was cold and chunky... And the guacamole was Brown... Now I understand that it's towards the end of the nighting your clothing but to give someone all old food is crazy... I tried to get this resolved by calling but they referred me to an automated chat system... It didn't offer any resolution... So I wasted all my money for nothing... This is my third time ever getting Chipotle and my first time using the app... I'm definitely going to have to start going to Qdoba because this is unacceptable... And they don't have any supervisors online for these type of problems for their stores... I don't even know why they're still open if they don't offer resolutions to customers... If I spend my heart or money then I expect something fresh... Not the old food at the end of the day that's supposed to go on the waste...

If you order online, thereās a 50% chance they wont add any meat. Not just skimping, completely skipping adding meat.

Honestly one of the most awkward, worst things Iāve experienced was coming into that store. I was kind of rush through my order by the Asian girl behind the counter, then as I was paying she makes some joke at my expense and acted way kinder to the man behind me. To be honest I was so uncomfortable ended up leaving my food there. I then called the store to let them know I was coming back for my order so they just leave the bag in the lobby for anyone to take. Definitely wonāt be back thx!

very bad, go to a different Chipotle!!! none of the crew is trained properly, the girl that works the line when i go in is always super rude to everyone trying to rush people through the line, the portions are abysmal, the tables are always dirty and disgusting, they are constantly ringing up my order wrong trying to overcharge me, and the food is undercooked or burnt if they even have it at all. I used to come here all the time, never again. someone needs to tell these employees that if you donāt want to work then you can quit and let someone who would do a good job work instead.
