Not a fan. Very similar to Q'doba, but they charge extra for toppings that are free at Q'doba, for example queso cheese and guacamole are a $5+ extra charge. To an already $10 chicken bowl. I like my money in my account, so no thank you.

They never have any sides sour cream , lettuce , or corn all the time . Never have any food wouldn’t recommend

They should change their hours because they run out of food by 8pm. Terrible that food is not ready or prepped in anticipation for customers till close. Every time I go they’re out of guacamole. It’s the whole point why most people go here. Out of sour cream out chicken out everything what’s the point?!? This is completely avoidable management clearly doesn’t know how to do purchasing. Literally never going here again

I really hope that the whole family and this guy himself will eat exactly as much throughout his life as he put on my plate for my money!!! If you or your family eat half a teaspoon, then know that not everyone eats like that!!! You have knowledge of how much a portion of food should weigh in your establishments, where did you put my portion??? You yourself wanted to eat what you didn’t put in for me??? Disgusting place and people are the same!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The assistant manager has no regard for safe serve practice. I love eating there, but we'll never go to that location again. There is no way to contact the store or make a complaint that they will get back to you. With that restaurant is going downhill really fast if better management does not intervene.

This restaurant has zero clean tables for the entire time I was here.
I wiped down my own table with a Clorox wipe I brought. There was debris on almost all the condiment bottles and large amounts of food and trash on all tables and the floor.
About 6 or more staff were working the line.
One female appeared from the back chewing food and went into the serving area and was touching surfaces. She went back and washed her hands at a staff sink. But she went back to touching food and surfaces for a few minutes before putting on any gloves. The cooking area at the back had food on and around the kitchen table as debris of a previously chopped item, so these rings were not being moved away, and wiped down before starting on a separate item to prep or complete.
The front line was cleaner, but staff went to refrigerators and opened multiple doors or boxes and did not put on fresh gloves.
No staff had on air nets, and they all did have on hats but had very long hair.
Only one male was working , and these females had a strong routine they adhered to. They were friendly, exacting and worked at their station task until customerswere satisfied. One patron was dining outside and it is under 40 degrees because there were no tables available that were clean and one table was completely broken. This restaurant is popular. And all ages eat here.
Part of my burrito tortilla tasted like fish, but they do not sell fish and I had no idea what that meant.
No manager seemed to be walking the floor or talking to dine in guests.
This restaurant does a big take out business and does not have any drive thru. Many restaurants do not seem to be paying any real attention to the health and safety of dine in customers.and this restaurant was chilly.
The food I got as a steak burrito was tasty and all ingredients were freshly prepared. I wish a life was available to help eat this, as I could not pick it up and bite it easily.

This chain has been under federal investigation for items which are not fresh or are contaminated. People could not get an indoor seat because the restaurant was not being cleaned by one of the 9 staff present. Everyone was behind the counter. No manager was present that I could see. One staff member was eating in the cooking area and had on no gloves
and the cooking area had piles of food of all kinds on a table where people were chopping. I could not see the floor behind the counter
The line where food was being assembled was clean and being cleared of messes and debris.
I notified the hotline on my ticket and sent in a series of my concerns which they eventually replied to. One guy was eating outside in under 45 degree weather because there was no clean place to sit, and nobody watching out for dining in customer needs.
This place has no staff required to constantly make sure the dining area is well stocked, clean and that no broken tables and chairs are left on the dining area floor.
They do a huge carryout business and have no drive thru .

This dining area seems crowded and the tables were not cleaned. Many tables had tall stools or were in the draft of two doors opening directly to the outside.

Rude employees, especially the skinny Hispanic male that drives the red mini SUV. Also, can’t speak to a live person when calling their number. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. AND: THE RICE WAS NOT FULLY COOLED, WHICH HAPPENS A LOT ALL MOST CHIPOTLE RESTAURANTS.

The customer service was horrible they didn't speak they had an attitude like I was bothering them and even at the register the girl didn't even tell me my total and just stood there until I put the card in I hate bad customer service if you don't like your job quit! YOU DONT HAVE TO BE RUDE SMILED AT THE GUY IN BACK COOKIN AND HE ROLLED HIS EYE! YEA NOT COMING HERE AGAIN! ILL GO TO EDMOND NXT TIME!
