I recently had my child's birthday party at Chuck E. Cheese, and it was a fantastic experience! A huge shoutout to the amazing staff who made our day so special.
First, Kassidy, the cashier, was so welcoming and helpful. She made the party check in for my sister a breeze and was incredibly friendly. Our party host, Isaiah, was absolutely incredible! He went above and beyond to make sure my kids had the best time. He was so great with my children and made sure everything ran smoothly. He even did an amazing job cutting the cake and serving everyone. Isaiah was always smiling and had such a positive attitude, which really made a difference. He deserves a raise for his hard work and dedication!
Thank you, Chuck E. Cheese, for the wonderful memories. We will definitely be back

My brother wanted to treat his children and my son to a day of fun. We tagged along, because he’s visiting from out of state. It’s been a minute since my partner and I have been there. They weren’t too busy but families were coming in and out. Dory was amazing. She was patient while we conversed over packages and made decisions. She was very pleasant and friendly and informative. She was also multitasking, checking us in , while being so attentive to families exiting and checking numbers as they were exiting!

We ordered pizza, wings, the salad bar and churros.

There was a minor mishap with an Isaiah. But the managers were extremely professional, empathetic, concerned and apologetic.

We had a great time and we’ll definitely be returning.

Nobody seemed to know or care about what was going on. Nobody told us that to use the trampoline area you had to pay extra? Obviously that really upset our eye old when he was told he couldn't be on there and we were practically forced to pay for access. Several games were broken and pretty much all of them are luck/gambling based. Spend your money somewhere else.

This place is alright in my book. The kids like celebrating their birthdays here and not having to clean up all the birthday decorations is a load off mine and my wife's back. It could use some new games but other than that it's a solid ppace to burn a few hours and have a good birthday.

They didn’t even check to make sure me and my kids number matched, even though I insisted. Fries were burnt, half games didn’t work, just not really worth what it used to be.

The food has drastically improved over the years past. However, the prices have gone through the roof. Now, they are also charging extra for an additional play area for the children. Even though overall the establishment has improved, I do not take my grandchildren there very often due to the extremely high costs.

So i am biased because I am basing my latest experience with Chuck E. cheese, from the last time I had went in the 90s.... it seemed a little underwhelming.

However, the walker location Staff was very friendly, very organized, and very disciplined, I think myself and Girlfriend were asked brother Manager and other staff at least 5 times if everything was going ok! Also, they were very communicative as to the events that were about to take place, and when things were about to happen! Most importantly the place was clean, and orderly.

The pizza was surprisingly outstanding!! Great place for a kiddos Bday!!!

You go for the fun! Definitely not their soft drinks. If you buy a pass for the kids, you have to pay additional for a tiny trampoline, and your child will need socks.

All the ki kids had fun from ages 2 all the way up to 10 years old, we had a group of 6 kids and the best part for all the I noticed was the trampoline but it's an extra fee per child and height restrictions but worth the unlimited jumping for one time pay. Definitely will be back an also an check out all the other cool locations.!
