Clean friendly place. Employees are nice and very observative, especially at the front door. Food my opinion is overpriced. Games kind of are too considering the amt of tickets u win on a game. Usually 1 ticket. But, my toddler likes it and we got 2 mo free bronze so we will be using it.

Been here legitimately over 100 times and we still love it! It’s always clean and well taken care of. Chuck E. comes out to dance and has enthusiasm for the dancing and gives high fives. There was a new adventure zone installed which is really fun, but kind of expensive. The staff is really awesome, they are so helpful and kind to the kids. They make great pizzas and keep the salad bar well maintained. My kids STILL ask to go after like 6 months of going here. 10/10

We hadn’t been in a while. The getting checked in took forever! There was a lack of employees working or present anywhere. There was one running the counter that could be seen. A manager came out the back to assist with checking in when the employee was having issues with the computer. Another employee comes out to hit the floor and gone again. The new juggle gym was nice the kids seems to really like that. The games were up and working.the place was clean and chuckee came out multiple times. Our food was right, hot, and good as well. I gave a 3 because of the time consuming of paying to get in. My kids were all over the place because they were ready to go play and the line was getting long behind me and there was only one employee at the register. It was stressful to say the least.

Never been to Chuck E. Cheese in forever and I came in and immediately was cut in line. Waited over 5-10 mins. Told the lady at the register and not even a sorry. Just said that happens all the time. Never been treated with so much disrespect. Don’t come here and I won’t be returning ever again

The staff was nice & they were great to us but the tickets system system has gone down the tube! You earn one ticket a game with occasional 3/4 ticket wins if you’re skilled enough to score . I spent $300 and ended up buying my kids prizes in the end because $300 doesn’t get you many tickets at all and I don’t think spending more would have done any better . Of course the prizes I bought were way over priced . $30 for a stuffed crew animals and I got two . Kids were just so disappointed playing for hours and hardly got any credit/tickets. Use to be a huge flex to carrying tons of tickets to the machine for counting . Again staff was great it’s just the corporate scam aspect of it isn’t worth the money !

Great spot. But be careful with your tickets. Had 5250 of physical tickets added on our last visit that we saved. bought 2 500 ticket prizes. went back today and apparently after spending 1000 tickets on our last visit the last associate either kept the rest of our tickets or carelessly didn't added it properly to our card after being reassured they're good. We saved a lot of our tickets for our kids to purchase big prizes for their birthday and it's disappointing that they lost a large chunk of their tickets. As someone who tracks their tickets it was very clear they didn't put a couple thousand tickets on one of the cards. We thought it was going to be a good teaching experience for our kids about saving and patience only to get screwed over.
