First if I could give zero stars I would! The lady at the front desk gave attitude the whole time! And I was still being polite and asked for another plate for salad and she scoffed rolled her eyes and gave it to me. We went because for my brother's birthday. I feel employees should have name tags because I would 100% would put her name down. Also took 20 min for a personal pizza to come out. And it's very small pizza. Feel she did it on purpose. We done nothing wrong to her. She had a attitude since we first came into the building. No one asked her to work here and no one did anything to her. I'm sorry we will not be coming back to this one we will go to another one, if your reading this dont waste your time or MONEY here!
Clean and the kids loved it.
We went to a birthday party there and the employees did not seem to be bothered to help at the tables. My son's card was stolen, they couldn't help, I had to buy a new one. My other son had got a toy with his tickets and with an hour it broke and they refused to replace it. It was a stretchy toy and the seam busted open. Half of the games were missing things or broken. It was a very expensive birthday party and not worth the money
There are only 3 kids in there at the time of our visit. Workers seemed so *over it* from every aspect, entry to prizes and ordering.
Also they now have a bouncey area but they took a card from disney and think it's a good idea to *charge extra* to let kids jump on the trampoline. Money grab from every angle and games only award 1 to 4 digital tickets at a time.
No animatronics and no chucky costume.
Skip the scammy practices and bad service.

Went here for my daughter's birthday with just one of her friends. Good time but dang, $180 for 3 kids and 2 adults is a bit pricey.

Never thought these words would come out of my mouth, but I love this Chuck E. Cheese! I have never had a single bad experience here. The staff are the stars of each experience. They are always SO kind to my kids and myself. They are the main reason we keep coming back is because of how wonderful the staff is!

We've been here multiple times throughout the last couple of years. The manager has been incredibly helpful and courteous. He definitely goes above and beyond in his efforts to ensure our kids are having a great experience. As well as helping instill valuable life skills, like saving tickets for another day.

Will never ever come here again. They don't know how to treat customers, staff is lazy, tables and bathrooms absolutely atrocious dirty. I will drive to another location. Also be sure you don't leave any personal items bc you will not get them back or be reimbursed. The manager absolutely should not be in customer service.
Great place to blow a few hours of time.

Definitely don't recommend for groups. I wanted to get 8 kids cards. I would have liked to just buy 500 points and split but you can only buy points for one card and no splits. Since you can't buy points in a group, only individually, the cheapest was $18 per card for 30 points plus they charged me $2 for the card. Pizza is good, but paying $14 for a lil jumping place is ridiculous 😒 plus $18 for the cheapest card. This definitely isn't the budget friendly place it use to be.
It’s not bad. It’s pretty expensive compared to main event which is weird because it has less to do for the kids. Was just under $200 for a pizza, some wings, drinks, and three hour long gameplay tickets. Food and service are pretty good. However, my favorite part of the night was asking if it was possible to replace a sucker that my kid accidentally broke, just to get the manager wearing a pizza boss hat of the place to reply back simply with “how do you expect me to sell a broken sucker?” A simple sorry and no would have sufficed lol and than proceeded to make sure we gave him the extra $0.18 for another one since we were 18 tickets short of the total 😂 that was a new one. They also lowered the ticket payout on every single game, I’m assuming to make money on the difference of tickets for prizes. So now we will be going to Main Event instead. Maybe we can get a $0.25 sucker replaced if needed just in case to improve the experience a little bit for the children. The kids had a lot of fun though. Had been here quite a number of times as well as two birthday parties we hosted.
