They stopped using tokens bc my cousin wouldn't stop eating them
If I could give it 0 stars I would, the staff are very unprofessional and rude. The cashier who ‘helped’ me today seemed like he was on something. He wasn’t very nice nor helpful, it seems like he is a manager as well. I had to wait in line for something while he helped everyone else before me, even when I was standing in line before them. He completely ignored me until I said something as well. Everytime I would ask a staff member something, they were usually rude or ignored me or gave me a rude attitude/look. I also ordered pizzas, the staff members did not buzz my buzzers. I had to go up there and say something. Some of the games were broken, they also didn’t get the ticket blaster to work until the birthday stars came. I paid too much money to get my group and I to be treated this way. Do not waste your time and money here, there are better places.
Food was great. Kids had so much fun. Love it.
It is a great place to take your family to. My great grandchildren love to go to Chuck e Cheese, they love the games and the trampoline and it is such a save environment too.
Me and my family went to Chuck e cheese and had a great experience the employees were nice knowledgeable and very helpful
New trampoline was great, games were fun and new.
As advertised, it a CHILDREN'S entertainment facility and VERY noisy. Great place for kids and young parents.
Fun place for kids for sure!
It’s a Chuck E Cheese. It is what it is. The games worked. Pizza was fresh. Staff were friendly!
It was alright-got a birthday deal which made it better but the prizes are over priced, some of the machines dont work correctly and or are dirty, but my son had fun which is all that matters.

Birthday dreams squashed. Had a birthday party for a 3 yo. He was looking forward to meeting Chuck E for 2 weeks. Might as well have just sat at a regular table and bought our own play passes because the whole experience was absolutely terrible. When we arrived, we paid our money, and nobody told us where our table was or when we could expect the show to start. Or when we needed to have the birthday cake ready to blow out the candles. I didn’t realize that happened in the middle of the dance. We didn’t pay for a host, which we didn’t need one. We just needed the manager to have a 30 second conversation with us at the beginning to explain what was going on, like that we played for an hour and then had the dance. When we ordered an additional pizza, it went to the wrong party so all our guests went hungry. So incredibly embarrassing to all my son’s friends parents. When we first arrived, they had given us the upgraded cups and weren’t supposed to. So even though we had already gotten drinks, they took the cups from us. That was our only interaction from the staff all night. There were no plates or silverware at the table for the $50 of pizza we bought other than the 8 kids plates, I had to ask for that. Then to top it off, the Chuck E looked like he was having a bad day. My son tried to high five him and he wouldn’t do it. He barely danced, barely engaged with the kids, my son was on the dance floor standing next to him dancing and he didn’t even acknowledge him! I would never encourage anybody to have a birthday party here, unless you want your kids birthday dreams to be squashed.
My great grandson really enjoyed himself. His party guest enjoyed themselves. I would like to say booking in advance was easy. Once we got there the party hostess was very polite and went over everything with me. Chucky did come around and greeted the birthday boy and his guest. To my surprise my cousin was on the big screen singing happy birthday with the other cast. That was great, he got all the kids to get up and dance and sing. The pizza was ok. I would recommend this for children 7 and under. Great place for a birthday party. They are clean and have plenty of parking with handicap parking
We have visited the Chuck E Cheese at Memorial Rd. OKC for the very last time. The staff are rude & sloppy in appearance. It would totally embarrass us to plan a party there. The bathrooms have been nasty every time we visit… and just today Aug.11th, I shared to the manager on duty that the bathrooms needed immediate attention which he totally ignored. We spent over $100 while there & there was not a professional looking person in the building to help… We would have left but had just ordered our food & the kids were playing games…. it was disgusting & we were stuck. We expect our money back of course which we will use to visit another location.
My kids love Chuck E Cheese!!
Especially the pizza. We get it to go once a week!
First if I could give zero stars I would! The lady at the front desk gave attitude the whole time! And I was still being polite and asked for another plate for salad and she scoffed rolled her eyes and gave it to me. We went because for my brother's birthday. I feel employees should have name tags because I would 100% would put her name down. Also took 20 min for a personal pizza to come out. And it's very small pizza. Feel she did it on purpose. We done nothing wrong to her. She had a attitude since we first came into the building. No one asked her to work here and no one did anything to her. I'm sorry we will not be coming back to this one we will go to another one, if your reading this dont waste your time or MONEY here!
