Most of the staff at this place are not friendly or welcoming. They are actually very rude. They don’t say have a nice day or anything. They just seem like they hate their jobs.

Do not come here unless you want to smell rotten sewage the entire time. The smell is unbearable, you get closer to the bathroom and you can’t breathe.
Went here for my kids friend's birthday party. $41+ tax for a 120 minute card per kid. $12 per kid for socks to jump on the trampoline. Single pizza and 4 drinks $36 plus. Was not impressed.

Took my nieces and nephew there. Was fine until we were fixing to leave and people started running and screaming. Two men were fighting and had guns. The establishment can’t help stupid people but we probably won’t be going ever again. Sad that people are like that especially around children. The customer service was excellent though.

Poor place is going downhill!! You walk in a say pay for a 90 min game card… well then it’s $3 for the card after the $36 bucks the it’s another $3 if you want the little plastic band that holds the card! Long story short! $74 for a game card and a large pizza!! Never agin

David was absolutely amazing! Will definitely make this our regular Chuck E. Cheese! Thank you David for making our little guys birthday extra special and for the warm welcome to Oklahoma! ? This location was very clean. I think only 1 game was down so we had a lot of options to play!

What you pay online for a birthday package, is not what they’ll try and charge you after it’s over. My bill ended up totaling $68 per child (with a lot of extra charges that no one could explain) when I signed up for a “mega package” at 28.99/child. None of the staff knew how to explain my bill to me. After going back and forth with management, they discounted it. Needless to say, will be our last party booked here.

This is our second time this year going to Chuck E. Cheese. Our first location was on Memorial (complete different experience). However, this time wasn’t that great and this location is off expressway. They didn’t have enough service members to help mitigate the needs of all of their parties. Most of their employees looked very disgruntled. It was a clean facility. The employees didn’t really know how to navigate the mouse coming out and all the dances. The pizza and food was great, clean and fresh salad bar. Most of all the kids had a blast. Toddler sized gaming systems so even the two year olds can run around!

On this day (09/28/24) we celebrated my granddaughters 6th bday. In one word to describe the staff, & service? LOUSY!! There were 4 girls-never attending the front entrance, cleaning, or checking to make sure everything was well equipped. They were all in the back baking ONE pizza!! The mgr in duty Mercedez....WORTHLESS!! Claim they didn't have any wine as described in their 'new menu update', and for some reason none of them could remain in the front. Question: why if I make my own Med Pizza for 16.99 would you charge me for 1/2 sausage @ 1.30 and 1/2 pepperoni for an additional 1.30?? Totaling almost 30.00 for that and 7.19 cheese bread? What happened to the original crew?? Get rid of the laziness and put in more productive people who actually want to work. BTW: That 10 sec recognition of the birthday person needs to be updated as well, especially for 100.00. Maybe just close this location down altogether.

Paid 107$ (including the military promo). For one large pizza (just cheese) 3 cards with 45 play points and 2 salads… why I give this a one is because they are over priced pizza, no ice in the ice machine because it was broken , here at 12:30 and the salad bar wasn’t ready (when they open at 11) no straws overall definitely not the best prices I could go to American pizza and get 3 large for this price and bring the kids to play here and even then for that cost it would be laaaaaame

Very unprofessional and unfriendly cashier staff
My fond childhood memories of Chuck E. Cheese had been overriden by adult stereotypes and become that of a disgusting, germ ridden, dark, and dingy parent's nightmare. But then I visited this one for the first time in many a moon, a first entirely for my two boys (2 and 4). My fond memories have returned. This specific Chuck E. Cheese is wonderful. It is spectacularly clean. The bathrooms are the cleanest bathrooms I think I've seen at any business. The games are fun and I feel comfortable letting my young kids roam. I have been back many times in the last couple months, and all this remains true. The staff is also exceptionally friendly (especially David. He is the best and always friendly and makes it a super good experience for my kids). I haven't tried the food, but that's just because I'm a cheap skate. Their summer pass is a great deal. Would recommend!
