My nephew's birthday was recently here and let me just say, Chuck E. Cheese is not what it used to be when I was growing up. I mean the staff was non attentive, definitely wasn't giving HOST. My sister had to leave the party guests to go stand in line for the game cards, pizza, drinks and they brought the cakes plates after we ate the cake ... (I mean I'm glad my sister had her own EVERYTHING!! From decorations to cups/plates, and balloons) & Then when Chuck E. Came out, there was absolutely no energy!! He stood there and pointed, the chuck e I know would've performed and all that...this experience was not it . Thanks for listening

The manager on duty was nice but also kept making these passive aggressive comments here and there about little things. Seems annoyed by children or maybe just preteens. Hope he finds a job he loves bc this isn't it

As my 1st time and will be the last time, service was not that great at all. Chuck E. Cheese could have picked a better staff who would be more into their job/Career, especially a job that involves children. Party host was late on the schedule. Why try to bring out the candles after singing happy birthday. Waited nearly 30min to be checked in to the party I scheduled 3 weeks in advanced. The hosts aren’t properly organized nor Consistent. Why would you bring Dip n dots to a table and place them away from the children?… didn’t understand that. Food & drinks were food. Atmosphere was clean. With being busy being a host, didn’t get the time to check out their bathrooms. The staff doesn’t Represent Chuck E. Cheese all that well. They didn’t seem like they actually wanted to be there. The company needs people who actually are happy to be there and do their jobs. I would have went above and beyond for the kids if I worked there. Won’t be going back for my child’s birthday party. I was also lied to by the staff on having two months free with the bronze pass since I did order an altimate party package. I’m really shocked on how lazy the staff was and how bad the customer service was. I would not recommend this location to any one!

My family and I have had the monthly subscription for almost a year, mostly utilizing the NW expressway location, but unfortunately it's very hit and miss each time. Sometimes is great! Great service, great food, ect but tonight's (6/14) experience was just awful. The pizza we ordered was made incorrectly, the salad bar was terrible with old/inedible veggies, tons of roudy kids playing too rough on the trampoline and not enough staff to provide adequate supervision. (Parents please be parents and not expect staff or others to parent your children).Normally the bathrooms are clean, but the women's was unusable due to overflowing toilets and standing water, which I honestly don't think was addressed by the staff while we were there. If you go on a night that has plenty of staff, it's great, but this is not always the case unfortunately. Don't know if we will renew our subscription for another year if the management can't address the continuing staffing issues...

Party for grandson, on a Tuesday mid-afternoon. Been to Chuck E Cheese many times throughout my life. This location was extremely clean, staff was excellent, pizza was similar to frozen grade, but the kids loved it! Games were age appropriate and clean. Atmosphere felt safe and secure for the little ones. No complaints.

The pizza tasted pretty good, staff wasn't too welcoming, party felt rushed and nobody came to check on us. Rest rooms were clean, the dining rug not so much, not sure how often they vacuum or sweep. I did like that it wasn't too busy so I would like to go back at another time. The other thing is that the play cards and wrist band points were combined and loaded to 1 card and we had no idea which card it was. But give it a shot and your experience could be different/better.
They ruined my son’s birthday. My son turned 6 (Autistic-which was in The note) they allowed 7 different birthday parties to go on and one time. Wanted all parties to sing at the same time- like we were celebrating 7 different birthdays together! Parents were furious- manager couldn’t care less. She was rude and disrespectful along with the young teens employed there! It was pure chaos.No birthday dance. Host didn’t host, yet I paid for it. We made the itinerary for the food, the cake the ice cream/ the party started 20 minutes after the start time the children received their bracelets at 12:50 when the party began at 12:30. She said 1:30 would be the ice cream-I gathered the kids and sat down- to which she said ten more minutes- 23 minutes later someone comes out and says we’re doing it all together! Wait what? I then had to remind the “host” at 2:15 we still needed the ice cream! At 2:30 they were breaking down our party that began late, was never on time- no photos- no dance, no host. Employees were rude to children and families as a whole. This is suppose to be a safe environment for children and that was not safe. No Rat came out until the end. Horrible management and even worse rude staff.They ruined my son’s birthday along with all those other babies birthdays! Then they charged us $500! I was not the only parent to complain and two others are going to corporate behind the treatment that was displayed at this location. This was the worst experience we have ever had. This location is poorly managed and maintained. This location is not friendly for a child with autism. Yet they ask for Autism donations? Taking a charity for something you do not foster, is wildly illegal.

Do not come here unless you want to smell rotten sewage the entire time. The smell is unbearable, you get closer to the bathroom and you can’t breathe.
