Workers we're rude and service was all around NOT GOOD. I think they ment well but not enough staff to do anything right!! They we're overwhelmed with so many people having birthdays, the tables are literally 1 foot apart from one another. Don't recommend on a Saturday anyway. Pizza was good thoe!!

Super clean and plenty of games! Chuck E. Cheese has kept up with times and I love it. The Tramp park addition is amazing! I think the new game pass system is awesome as well! Don't forget that you can pause your game card while doing the cake and birthday celebration!

Chuck E. Cheese is a very fun place i recommend ish because there is a trampoline but it cost 10$ per child when we were there at one point there was no one watching the kids on the trampoline. Also they need to get more workers because just to find how many points you have take half of your time ⏲️. Most of it is awesome lastly things need to work faster and more quickly so we can all be happy and the prices or crazy but it's fun for kids and adults things need change but i still recommend to go out and enjoy .

Liked it much, much better when the tokens ruled. I could take care of three criminally insane juviniles by myself. I'd buy 100 tokens, but would only give them 1 or 2 at a time. Never lost a single child

I bought 2 of the 60 minute cards for my 2 grandkids to play. Almost everything we scanned either didn't work or it would say we scanned it to soon, starting with the very first thing we scanned! I would say at least half of the stuff did not work. I guess I'm glad I didn't pay per ticket, I would have been more pissed off wasting tickets! I was going to order pizza after they played so we didn't waste play time but after the play experience, we came to McDonald's playolace

DO NOT GO HERE! Talk about trash employees. This location has gone to hell. Just the absolute worst location of all! Rude to kids on their birthdays. They don’t care whatsoever. I’m so mad I’m shaking. DO NOT GO HERE. Do not go here do not go here! Go to any other location. This place IS THE WORST!!!!!!!

Absolutely disappointing experience at Chuck E. Cheese for a birthday party.
We paid for a party package with a hostess, and only saw her once—when she walked us to the table. After that, we were left on our own. The food was late (we only had a 2-hour party), and the additional food we ordered never came out until we tracked it down ourselves. It took 52 minutes for a sampler platter to arrive—cold.
On top of that, they charge $8 per child for the trampoline area, but they don’t disclose that when you book. That leaves parents stuck either telling excited kids “no” or forking out extra money.
The games are a gimmick. Machines eat tokens, the claw machines don’t even reach the prizes, and several games simply don’t work. Multiple families near us who also booked parties had the same complaints.
Instead of celebrating, we spent the whole time running back and forth to the counter trying to get food, fix game issues, and manage frustrated kids. It was exhausting and heartbreaking to see their excitement ruined by poor service, hidden fees, and broken attractions.
For the price they charge, this was nothing short of a nightmare. We will not be back.
