Went here with a friend for a birthday party, and was pretty disappointed with everything. There's little appeal for adults here, and prices have definitely gone up since I had last visited. Music was on constantly, at a level that made having conversations hard, not the best game selection, food and drinks were a bit overpriced.Wouldn't recommend going here unless you just want somewhere to bring your kids, that's more geared toward children as far as games and atmosphere.

First complaint was they did not take the child safety seriously when we left. We just walked right out and there was literally no one at the front door. Very concerning. The pizza was the highlight and it has definitely went downhill from the last time. The new pay for play time is a scam as well. Will not be back any time soon.

The service wasn’t the best. We understand that there is a lot going on but the man giving our cups out was very rude about it and the workers made it a hard time to enjoy the party. Our host was at lest 35 minutes late and we where waiting for him to arrive we’ve been there for 25 minutes.The prices are outrageous, all your money was used on decorations also please check the flavors on your soda machine, they taste expired.my toddler got a headache with them playing the same songs over and over again just play a kids bop playlist or something please and thank you I’m sorry if this came off harsh I just want to give you an honest review I’m 3 months pregnant and just wanted my toddler to enjoy her birthday party.Kid-friendliness: They make sure that the kids are having a good time and that they make the kids happy.

I feel like their person playing Chuckie cheese should have been more entertaining. He/she just stood there.
Surprised by how much we enjoyed. We paid an hourly rate. Loved that the kids could play multiple times to get the hang of it. Photo booth included which was awesome. Pretty good pizza. Lots of littles/baby rides. Even got to see Chuck in costume. Glad for the updates even if we miss the musty old animatronic band.
