Something about the food was just off... we went through the drive thru during a busy time (about 5-6pm) but was not impressed with the food provided. Might try again, but may end up going across town next time

Texas better come down here and check on their Oklahoma establishments because the food is terrible the service was terrible I think that they reheated my chicken or I don't know but it was old my chicken was old my French fries were old it was terrible and I am born and raised Texas and really embarrassed by the food I got from this place at this location 🤬

Talk about beyond poor service! I wasn't told how long my wait for my order would be, there were no cars ahead of me prior to me ordering, the person taking orders was hard to understand and didn't seem like she understood me. Window woman wasn't pleasant, after waiting over 20 minutes, I went inside to ask about my order. No one greeted me when I entered, there was no rush or urgency, eventually as I'm standing there, the front cashier looked over at me but then continued to talk to her coworker not even acknowledging me. The inside was gross too. Keep in mind that after I placed my order more than 6+ cars went thru the drive thru and that's not even counting the people who walked in and they got their food too! This place is absolute trash. Go someplace else.

I came Wednesday afternoon asked for the family meal I didn't know it was they had the Wednesday special going on a customer had to tell me that because the cashier did not advertise Nothing!! I asked no spicy chicken they must gave me some old chicken omg when I got home they chicken taste so bad 😩 I had to get back on here to tell u to fire the cook .. Never again , I wasted my money!!

This is the 3rd time I have been there and I will not be returning! The chicken was old or over cooked each time ! The customer service was good but that's all!

Service was great, staff was friendly and I also got my free ornament as well.

One of the worst experiences ever I’ve received. Got the wrong food, the chicken wasn’t down. Wanted my money back & they refuse. Went there at 9:00pm and the got kids at drive-through window. Unacceptable. Will not be returning.
