This location ROCKS! The service was good. They had plenty of chicken ready to go. The inside could use a little help. Maybe a couple more tables. This location runs circles around the Moore location. Moore is terrible.

Today 7-10-25 me and my son went to thru drive window and ordered a 3 piece meal. We paid for a 3 piece meal. When we got home we had 2 legs only. I tried several times to call them. The number on the receipt and on the web is for a fax machine. The gas it would have taken to go back to get this taken care of would not be worth it. I should have looked at my items before we left but we didn't. I will be keeping the ticket so if we go near them or to them I will be getting this handled.

EVERYONE is not equipped to cook chicken. Some people need to stay where they specialize in if anything but definitely not this. No one spoke good English, all the food was half cooked, they charge extra on the receipt and when you inquire they make things up. Orders all wrong, no seasoning or flavor. They need to go back south and leave the East. And this is solely based off the way they cook. It’s tainting the Eastside.

Food is always wrong even when you are the only one in the Drive Thru. Very rarely is my food hot and fresh and correct. And the employees there cannot count if I order a 3 piece I want a 3 piece not 2, and when I order 6 Jalapeño Bombers they always give me 4. If you have a complaint don’t bother calling because no one ever answers the phone. And your Drive Thru staff are TRASH they don’t listen and are very rude and will close the window on you when you have a complaint.

This place false advertises. We went back and fourth about this sign on THEIR WINDOW. Says 3.99 but they’re saying it’s $5.99 and then finally admitted to false advertising. The ghetto

This store kind of sliding downhill. Might have just been a bad day. The bathrooms smell like sewer leak, the chicken was burnt, the mashed potatoes were watered down, the biscuits were hard. Even the Dr pepper was watered down tasting. I've had some good meals at this location before a couple times a few years ago. The other day was not the best.
