Ordered the chicken sandwich with fries and a biscuit. Chicken sandwich had barely any Mayo on it and in the Drive-Thru I asked if the biscuit was in the bag and the guy said yes and I come to find out later it's not in the bag but they still charged me for it also asked for ketchup and honey and he told me they didn't have any

Place has been so great the last month. Hot food and great customer service. Been there too many times in the last month.
I bought the Texas Grande meal and just got legs and thighs. It's was cold too. The mashed potatoes were thin and had a smell. Worst meal ever. They were diabolically bad and outrageous to me. Instead of Mac and cheese they gave us mashed potatoes that were not even fresh. It was presented very poorly and hopefully all 5 of my family members don't get food poisoning.

I've been to this location multiple times and have never heard employees tell me everyday they close earlier than the time presented. 10pm is only on google but it has their cleaning time added. And they won't ever talk customers at 9:30pm.It's frustrating when the online times are inaccurate, especially when you rely on them. It's important to leave an honest review to help others and provide constructive feedback to the establishment.

I brought two large orders of mashed potatoes and got home opening started eating and found out they were spoiled went to the store to return them and the employees wouldn't open the door.Had to wait in a long line with six or seven other cars in front of me and then when I got to the window I asked for a refund on my potatoes and they only gave me back $9 of my money. I'm done with this particular location every time I come here there's somethin. If they're not serving me spoiled food it's cold and they reheat the jalapeno bombers instead of cooking me fresh ones like we requested that's a big problem. This particular church is needs to do better quit over cooking food and making hot and fresh. Do better Churches.I have had several instances where I come here and there's servicealways something wrong with my order. Please fix the problem. I will drive seven miles out of the way to get better service.
