Church's Texas Chicken

I am writing to express my concern about the service my party and I received at your location around 4:30 PM yesterday. After placing our order, we asked for some sauces. We observed other customers receiving sauces free of charge. A staff member was about to provide us with sauces, but another employee, a Black female staff member, intervened and informed us that we needed to pay for them.

Additionally, she instructed us to return to the line even though we were already at the counter, waiting for 30 mins, which felt unnecessary and inconsistent with how other customers were treated. This experience left us feeling singled out and disappointed with the level of service.

I believe fair and consistent treatment of all customers is essential, and I kindly ask that you address this matter with your staff to ensure a better experience for everyone.

This store needs a deep cleaning due to me seeing roaches coming from under the front counter and trash can eww, and also some customer service training smh idk whats going on today but todays service was just horrible please do better! Even after waiting for 15 mins my food still was not fresh like just ridiculous…

Only 2 people working and they were both super slow waited for over 30 min and ended up leaving because they still were only on the second person in line from when I walked in. Do better Church's chicken!!!

I stopped by for lunch. The nice Hispanic lady informed me I had to wait a few minutes for my order. I didn't mind because I prefer my food made to order than resting on a hot box for 20 minutes or so. The food was fresh and hot. The lady who took my order was fantastic. I appreciate her level of care in food handling. My issue with churches is their buildings. They seriously need to rebuild almost all of their stores in okc. They are in such horrible shape, and looking at the inside of this one is sad. Churches has a good product and could do better as franchise if they are. Rebuilding the stores would not only bring more business but give the staff a better environment to produce said product at a better quality. Just my opinion.

Oven was broke down no biscuits or mac-n-cheese. Also ordered corn X2, fries X2 and okra.chicken fried steak. Got the 2 steaks 1 fries no corn okra and cheder peppers I ordered. Total cost for 2 steaks 1 fries cheder poppers. $22 60 9r close on the vent area. Steak about 4-5 in diameter. Wasted my time and money. Steak was appropriate made for a child. (Next time I'll find a cracker barrel to eat at. They serve adult size meals and kids as well plus for the money you can't beat it.) Don't recommend churches at all.

Tables, chairs, and floors are sticky. Use cleaning solvents, please.

Today's staff served better than ever, very good service, more attentive to providing sauces and very attentive in the orders until they gave me little dishes ? They have never seen me serving like this.

This store could use a update! Roof leaking poor parking but friendly staff . Manager take note slippery floor waiting for a lawsuit IJS be careful when at this location.

Parking: The problem is there is nowhere to turn around no drive through so beware once you park it’s scary to get back on 29th
