This place needs some serious help! Always have to wait on food and everyone is rude

They are always holding on food. The morning shift doesn't do their part of prepping for the evening shift and it shows a lack of teamwork as well as morale. They are pleasant employees during the evening shift and do their best to get fresh items out when the tall Caucasian gentlemen manager is there; he's also a delight.

They were out of all white chicken and pretty much everything else

Waited practically an hour, just to get 20 minutes in and tell me that they just dropped part of my order. Didn't get my food until 40 minutes later. And they couldn't even get the order correct. Half the order is missing and it's all cold.

If you have the option, just go to different establishment, avoid this one.

Waited in line for 20 minutes before getting a response. Then was told to wait some more. Told him I been waiting and his response was I didn't have to wait I could leave. 5 minutes later took my order. Out of spicy chicken. Asked me what I wanted. Told him regular if out of spicy. Was very rude and I asked for the manager told me he was manager. I told him not a very good one and he told me to leave. When I went by drive thru window he was waiting on me and I told he was manager. He called me a kid and said bye you didn't get any thing. Calling management too!!!

The 2 for $4 chicken sandwiches are the most disgusting thing I've ever eaten. They were so dried out you couldn't even chew them. They were so thin and dried out. I do not recommend them at all. I will never buy another one.

I am disgusted with the food and service that I received today. I was charged over $25 for two meals that weren't fresh. Tried to call the store and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes.

They give you old bombers and fries , the grease old to , they to lazy to make it fresh they have roaches need to be shut down or at least inspected..
