Church's Texas Chicken

Took a long time to get the food and the chicken was lower quality then I would expect for the price. Was still hungry after eating as well.

Watch out when you order food from here. Make sure you look even when you get it from inside. Because when you order the big family size meals, they only end up giving you one biscuit, and when you order it spicy, they'll give you non spicy. We will NEVER go back here.

This place needs people here who’s going to work. There is one white short guy he doesn’t have a name badge on I couldn’t get his name. He walked around in circles on his ph sitting down while we’re standing here for our food to be sacked and handed to us. There was water all over the floors, we had to ask are you going to drop the okra it was just a very sad and pitiful service. Never going back.

30 minutes in the drive thru for 2 cups of Mac n cheese a cup of gravy and a apple pie how this location even open still

Waited over 45 minutes for a 10 piece family meal then they said they ran out of honey biscuits. 1 guys overworking while the others are just standing around

Waited 20 minutes in drive through for food. During that time 3 cars backed out after sitting at the speaker, I assume no one answered. Got food home and order was wrong.

I went through the drive-through about 45 minutes before they closed and first the guy told me it would be 15 minutes for chicken but when I got to the window all of a sudden five minutes later, my food was done when I received it. It was old so I got home and called And all the lady told me to go back the next day and get fresh chicken. She never apologized then I went back and got fresh chicken and that that lady didn’t apologize either. No one should have to ask for quality food. They don’t have to worry about me going back to their location.

Waited at the drive thru ordering box for 20 minutes. With two cars in front of me not moving. People out back smoking. No cars parked for the lobby. Peeved that I’m trapped in the drive thru so basically forced to order because either way you’ll be stuck in line.

Food was old. Not even fresh. Dried out chicken. And still forgot my extra items I paid for.

Waited 20 mins for chicken tenders. Manger on duty made one of their friends a box of over 20 pieces of chicken and gave them sides at no cost. When asked for a refund they said they couldn't give one even tho I didn't get the food.

Chicken was not completely done inside, it's was crunchy in the middle like when the chicken if not all rhe way done on the inside. I had a 2 peoce and two of them were like that. Mixed batch I guess. She said it was only her and a cook there. JUST MAKE SURE YOU COOK THE CHICKEN ALL THE WAY RHROUGH. IT HAS A TIMER. YOU CANT RUSH IT AND THINK BOBIDY WONT NOTICW WHEN HEY BITE INTO IT. THAT IS NOT HOW YIU SAVE TUME.
