Drive thru was a little slow with only 1 car in front of me but the service was great. Very friendly!

As other reviews have noted: they will not only get your order wrong - or in my case, not provide it altogether - they will not refund. Church's corporate has been attempting to get ahold of them for over a month, because their store does not answer their phone. Despite it showing online and charging, **they do not take online orders** and will not take the order as proof of receipt, even if shown the receipt / order number.

Church's Customer Service has been great and indicated each of their actions (and inaction) has been inappropriate. This includes their failure to have an operating phone / failure to refund immediately / and their employees asking to visit *multiple* times at different times of the day for specific managers "Mario", only to be told by him that it's not possible.

Grateful that Church's has offered to fix the situation - but am concerned that it will be difficult since they themselves say they've had issues with the district / reaching out to the N. Penn team to amend.

This is by far the WORST church’s location in the state of Oklahoma, the old man at the front window barely spoke proper English and was very rude. The food was not fresh at all, we payed extra money for jalapeno peppers and we never received them, The chicken was rubbery and truthfully not worth eating, The employees are terrible, i’m from Texas and this is not what it taste like. I was extremely disappointed as was my wife. We spent $37 on the food and were very disappointed. She never wants to eat here again now. I would not recommend this location to ANYONE. The Fried okra was over cooked, the only edible thing was the mac and cheese and gravy, even the mashed potatoes were bad. The customer service is awful, its just a bad experience all together and I would NEVER recommend you to eat here.

I ordered from here not too long ago and received old and cold chicken! I spent almost 30 dollars!!! Never again! And there is no way to contact them ,so I could get fresh chicken! This location has tremendously gone downhill from what I remember!

This is the worst place ever!!!!! Had to go inside because the older man kept getting my order wrong on the intercom. Once inside I repeated what I had ordered. Employees were talking in Spanish, not knowing that I understood EVERYTHING they were saying about me! I said in Spanish that it's extremely rude to talk about a customer in Spanish not knowing that a customer can understand what they are saying. Because I confronted them, I'm sure they deliberately put the worst pieces of chicken in my order. I didn't bother going back to complain. NO MORE GOING TO THIS PLACE!!!!! I've found a much better place to get chicken and it's perfectly cooked and delicious! Golden Chick is now and will be my favorite place to get chicken. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THIS UNPROFESSIONAL EATERY!!!!!

We had multiple family orders and they were quick and when we forgot our jalapenos they caught us and made sure we didn't leave without thank you

Went to this location because it’s been awhile. They weren’t super busy so me and my husband thought. why not?
It took them awhile to order our food but I understand that there was some training going on.
Fast forward to getting my food (we were eating inside btw) the chicken tenders were cold, the Mac n’ cheese was cold. I had my husband confront the issue and one of the girls responded and said “well unfortunately they don’t get very warm” if hot food is supposed to be hot, why is it cold?
She tried swapping it out for another Mac n’ cheese but it was the same temp, COLD!
The chicken tenders weren’t any better….
Along with my husbands wraps. They were SMOTHERED messy in sauce and AGAIN, cold.
Very disappointed with our first visit in awhile.

Went in because drive thru was jammed. Took 10 minutes to get my order and still was never correct on the display screen. While trying to correct my order, I saw employees with no gloves on and coming from the back without washing hands touching food. I couldn’t even order after that. Disgusting & awful service.

The chicken was old, the okra wasn’t crispy and tasted as if it was cooked the day before.
