I cannot eat pizza therefore I ordered the 10pc wings half lemon pepper/buffalo. When I got my wings after waiting 25 minutes they were under cooked. They was big and undercooked so bad that I threw them away. It was my son football game dinner so another parent ordered wings and they were the same as mine and she ordered 20pc and threw her whole order away. I wasted $17.00 for big undercooked wings.

It has been some time since my last visit to this Cicis Pizza establishment. They have renovated the premises and introduced a miniature arcade section for children's entertainment. Be prepared for this addition. The pizza was of excellent quality and freshly made. The overall cleanliness of the restaurant was commendable.

I don't know why they have to shut down at 10 pm, I came with my family today at 8:45 pm and they didn't want to accommodate us because according to them they shut down at 9 pm

We were rushed paying, we went in at 8 p m few pizza selections, restroom was disgusting. Someone had really had a problem in there. Then when they went in four people went in to clean It .came out and it was the floor was soaked. We were asked at 9:10 if we wanted more because they were breaking down the bars. Tip: don't go after 8:00

Myself and 11 of my family members came to dine in around 6pm on 8/24/2024 for a late bday dinner for my niece. I noticed there was 2 special needs families there and a few other families eating. When I went to get myself and my youngest daughter our plates I was given hateful, dirty looks from employees to customers for my shirt and necklace I had on for context I had a black t-shirt that said "Salem 1692 they forgot one" and my pentacle necklace on, I am a adult and will ignore people but when the employees are being rude on purpose thats a problem. I was getting my second plate and heard 2 female employees talking negatively and making fun of the special needs family that just leftcause the adult son smashed a brownie on his face eating and made a small mess, after I notified the manager on duty the same employee walked by our tables and rolled their eyes and gave go to hell looks. If this is how a eating establishment is going to treat people especially people who are different then my family will not be back and I will let the special needs community know what happen as I take this personal since my daughter who was with us is special needs.
