I’ve been to Cicis in Texas, Florida, & Oklahoma & this restaurant is by FAR the BEST CICIS IVE EVER BEEN TO! The staff is nice and good was GREAT but what impressed me the most was the communication and movement of the crew to Make sure the restaurant was always clean and food was full on the line. NOONE was standing around. Everyone was busy and I’ve sat here for an hour to watch this well oiled machine kill it!!! This is the STANDARD!!!

They only have rude teenagers working at this location that can’t even slice the pizza correctly and they have the audacity to talk crap about all their customers including my children who were only here to eat and enjoy themselves but yet they get called names by rude teenage boys and I am so disappointed in this location and I used to be a regular customer but I will not be coming back

Forced to wait 20 minutes for happy hour, then 8 people show up and then all the person at the register was write stuff down, FYI Cicis when people come to an empty restaurant after the lunch rush,THEY WANT TO EAT NOT WAIT AROUND AND TREATED RACIST! WONT EVER BE BACK! DO NOT RECCOMMEND! IF UR WHITE U DONT GET SERVED!
