I won tickets that didn't show up on the card and they wouldn't correct it. Definitely wouldn't recommend they scam you.

Unfortunately this experience today 2/25/25 at 5pm was not enjoyable, saw a juvenile cockroach as I was paying for a to go order. If they come out in the day imagine in the night. I’m not the type to write bad reviews either, but they really need to hire an exterminator so I can enjoy my Cici’s again.

It's CiCi's. We ordered a special and it was nice and hot when served. Buffet was clean. Game area was not overly loud.

I give 4.stars because it wasn't very handicap friendly. No parking and trying to get a wheelchair in the door wasn't easy.

Dry pizza, flat sprite, no drinks like all the other stores do. Pizza was so thin it was like eating paper with cheese on it. I showed up at happy hour and the buffet looked more like sad hour.

The pizza was literally cold to touch. They take the pizza from the oven and put it under the buffet. They say it is heated underneath I think not. I was there 3 days ago for dinner. Most terrible pizza at that time. No variety of pizza.

Some tables are too close and I got hit in the back with a highchair by accident from another patron.
