Cicis Pizza

Got there about 2:30. Guess they had a meeting of managers end at that time. 5 employees standing in the way so you can't get to the food. There was only 1 pizza out the first 20 minutes there. The place was so dirty. Surprisingly, the bathroom was clean.

Food was okay not to bad, service was horrible especially in the gaming area manager refused to compensate my family for out of order game emptying the balance on game cards and mind you the game had no out of order sign at first we were told no one speaks English then when an English speaking manager did come to hear what was going on she had the nastiest attitude as if it was our fault after a little back and forth she eventually did credit our children’s game cards I just feels as though the back and forth was really unnecessary

Service is getting worse and employees were rude when we asked about putting pizza out and it was not clean at all. We usually come here alot but not anymore.

Great place for unlimited pizza buffet at an affordable price. They also have some exotic toppings, or you can order one of your favorites. Also has a game room!

It's always a good spot for a buffet of pizza. Quick and affordable. It was pretty crowded last time we went, but I think it's because schools are out, and everyone needs something affordable for the kids. But it was good. They kept putting out fresh stuff, so I was overall satisfied.

On S Western in Ok. CITY. IT' IIn a shopping center lots of parking places.

I remember a $1.99 Buffet as a teenager. Growing up my whole family could go and it was less than $15 now for me and my daughter to go and drink water it was nearly $20. I am not judging CiCi's because prices are ridiculous everywhere but that's a bigger topic. CiCi's is never going to be something to write home about but tonight wasn't great I don't know if their belt was turned up too high on the pizza oven or the temperature down too low but every pizza and dessert was undercooked and was not good at all

Fresh pizza & we got salads togo.
For two large one topping pizzas (supreme & zesty pepperoni) & the two togo salads it was $36 & some change. I called in it was ready in the 15 mins. I was able to make my own salads to go. But the girl said that today was the last day that I was able to make my own salads. But I asked her on the phone BEFORE I chose to get them if I was able to make them myself she said yes. Then got there she says today the changed it to me not being able to make my own salads. However I did it anyway cause one I was told I was able to and two a 5$ salad I wanted to make it worth it. Other then that the service and food an everything else was good. I went around 5-6 it wasn't busy but started to get busy as I was leaving.

Let's start off with it's CiCis. In today's world it is overpriced for what it is. The food is for sure not the best. The cheese sticks and cinnamon rolls are always a good item though. When you get a water be prepared though. The cup isn't much larger than a thimble lol. All in all the place hasn't changed much in the last 30 years. Kids love it so that's all that matters on my end.

It's much better than they was months ago maybe the manager was to get credit I don't know because everyone has to work together as one makes a great team 👍
