The manager is amazing if you do have problems with the food he doesn't have a problem fixing it right away

Wednesday evening. 730pm.. nice dinner crowd.. only could maybe count 4 or 5 employees with a manager.. place isnt dirty.. but when I grabbed what should be clean plates at the counter.. an entire stack of plates had dry crusty food stuck to them.. like dry baked on dishwasher stuff.. bathrooms were alright.. but no soap in the dispenser made me worry about how sanitary the staff was.. pizza was only pulled from the oven and set under the counter and then old pizza was pulled from under the counter and put up.. didnt have a varied selection and made everyone ask for fresh pizza.. I just passed up on a better buffet to come here tonight and I seriously regret it. Not even worth the price anymore. Same cinnamon rolls were up the whole time I was here.. I asked for some fresh and the staff said they had to wait till those were gone.

Ordered the Piezilla for a birthday party, and everyone was amazed at the 28" pizza! The pizza was yummy, done in time, and hot. The pizza fed 23 people with some left over. No complaints about my experience at this location.

I love this place they have good pizza and other food and the tables are very clean and the workers are nice pest place ever.Kid-friendliness: They have great shows for other kids can see when they are eating
Sometimes the bilingual ladies serve reluctantly, or have a tremendous face of Bitterness when it comes to serving, otherwise the ? is delicious!My complaint is for the store on wenster Av and Grand Boulevard!

It's CiCi's... The food was good, the tables were cleaned as soon as they were emptied, and they were constantly switching stuff out for fresh... You really can't ask for anything better when it comes to buffet pizza! One question though... Who was the pregnant woman that decided to put pickles on a pizza?!?Kid-friendliness: Good size arcade area with neat prizes they can win!
