First time guest, not impressed with the customer service. The ONLY reason I left the store with an item was because it was a gift. I should have told the lady at the register to forget my purchase due to her sour attitude. I’d rather go through the taco bell drive through for cinna bites ? The store however, was clean and tidy.

I absolutely love coming here to get my cinnamon rolls, my youngest automatically when he sees me pull into the mall he is like, “ugh, mom are you getting your cinnamon rolls” lol. They are fresh and delicious and I always ask for extra icing now my youngest asks for a mini cinnamon roll.

Walked in and was asked what I wanted and I commented let's see what the prices are. Then asked for a 4 pack and the cashier commented "Isn't there any on the rack" which I thought was a little rude and unprofessional.

I come here almost every time I go to the mall. The cinnamon rolls are almost always fresh and they taste amazing. They are the best cinnamon rolls you can get around here. I have yet to taste any other that is as delicious as these Cinnabon ones. I will say that the Cinnabon at the mall taste 10x better than the cinnabons at Schlotzky's. They don't taste like they were just thrown into the warmer. They taste like they were freshly baked in an oven, So much so that if I really wanted a cinnamon roll I would rather drive to this location at the mall rather than my local Schlotzky's down the street. The service is usually quick and the store is always clean. 10/10 recommend if you love cinnamon rolls!

I just spoke with a guy on the phone because my dasher was being neglectful and Jesús was absolutely amazing remade our drink, went above and beyond to make sure I had quality food and service !!! Give this guy a raise haha!

I'm so happy we now have cinnabon here,their cinnabon bites are absolutely delicious and hot.The vanilla iced coffee is so delicious and addicting as well.Cute little business.I was a bit sad I didn't get the free 4 piece cinnabon bites when signing on the app so I had to pay for it.10/10 would recommend.

Now THIS is the Cinnabons I remember. The ones from schlotzsky’s are dry, stale and gross. THIS is the real Cinnabon I grew up loving ! I sure missed them. Fresh and delicious. Staff was so kind and helpful. Definitely check them out !
