We had a private party here in December. It was just drinks and appetizers. The staff treated us like friends rather than clients. The appetizers showed creativity and the cocktails were outstanding. Parking is a little confusing, but I doubt I listened to the instructions anyway. I can still taste the dirty gin martini.

I attended a Disney themed birthday party at this venue. The venue was so cool and I loved the food and drinks that the created to go with the theme for the party! I was able to sample everything and it was all delicious. The staff was extremely friendly, too.

Fantastic event venue. Classy vibes and decor, great city views, excellent patio space, gracious and helpful wait staff, and Ara is a rock star event partner. Many ideas shared and she executed on all of them to allow a seamless party.

It is my honor to be able to HIGHLY recommend City + State to anyone in need of a venue where you want to impress your guests. The staff blew us away in every category: space planning, menu planning, communications, food presentation, food quality, serving staff, professionalism... I could go on and on. During and after our event, our guests complimented us on how amazing it all was, and I credit all of it to City + State. Not only was Ara so easy to work with but her chef and serving staff were friendly and eager to do whatever was needed to please anyone in attendance.The event space is classy and clean, with just the right mix of urban finishes to keep it from being stuffy. Big windows and architectural details make it picture-worthy. We were lucky to have a beautiful day, so we could spill out onto the patio. Simply wonderful!After our event, they hustled to box up any left over (DELICIOUS) food so we could take it home, even carefully marking each container, taking great care to make sure it could be enjoyed as leftovers. I can't wait to have another excuse to throw a party!

We recently had a rehearsal dinner serving 42 in the upstairs lounge and outside patio. The grazing table was delicious and so pleasing to the eye. Salmon, steak Diane, coconut shrimp, chicken skewers, dips, fruits, vegetables Mac and cheese and more. The dessert bar was amazing too. Our event was well staffed and the service was attentive, efficient and friendly. Call Ara and she will take care of you!

Such a GREAT, and yet not-so-great restaurant all at once, which evens out to "pretty good"Walked in Friday night at 9pm from back entrance and ZERO people inside, no customers, no hostess, no employees. I had to look at my watch to make sure it was A) Friday Night B) Not 1am. I called the restaurant to discover that the downstairs closed early and the rooftop was open. Perhaps some signage or a host to direct customers??? I don't understand why it's not busy, because it's a beautiful restaurant.Bartender was not familiar with any wines at all, had to look at the wine list and dig around to find them. Cab I was poured had been opened for a couple days. I ordered Cauliflower STARTER and a Harvest Salad as my Entree. Of course, got both at the SAME time because the kitchen was desperate to go home on a Friday. I wanted a side of Fries at 944pm.. "Sorry sir, Kitchen closed", yet this place is open until 10pm on Friday??? First bad sign that the staff is ready to go home.Food was AMAZING.. Cauliflower and Salad, delicious. Manager lady checked on me a couple times, which was great. Menu has Expresso Martini at $12, yet the bill charges $14. Nothing worse than being charged more than the price on the menu.In Summary, I love the venue, vibe, and food.. the service is subpar, along with the spoiled red wine and the bill not matching the menu, along with a staff ready to go home on a Friday night at 9pm. Fix those minor things and I LOVE this place!!!! I want to give you another chance...

BEST RESTAURANT IN OKCI'm serious. This restaurant is five stars and more. From the super friendly people serving you, to the unique and delicious food and drink, we all loved it. The restaurant itself is flat out gorgeous. Everything is so well done, we are going back to experience the rooftop next visit. And they have a private dining room that looks really cool. We highly recommend this restaurant!

We arrived about 10 minutes after opening for brunch on Sunday. We were seated quickly and the staff was polite and the service was good throughout. The issue was the food. We ordered fried green tomatoes to start. They came out and one of them was still literally refrigerator cold on the inside. Then the shrimp and grits came out and the fried shrimp were fresh and hot but the grits were room temperature at best. The server did get us an order of fresh fried tomatoes to go but it’s not the same reheated at home. I’m on the fence as to going back.
