City Bites is one of my favorite places to go be it for a sandwich or a potato. Their success rate of getting my order correct and making my food delicious is pretty stellar. They have plenty of options to choose from making it a great place for people with different diets and tastes buds. I’m basic and usually get a turkey sandwich with all the fixings or the turkey spud(aka the potato). My husband on the hand gets the more complex sandwiches and potatoes with steak, chicken, ham, bacon, or a combination of meats. He loves CB as much as I do. We love the cookies and usually get a cookie each with our meals to go. When I can’t figure out what to eat and I’m on the verge of hangry, CB never disappoints.

I only come to Oklahoma City once a week and when I come I'm always very excited to get a sandwich from City bites. Except this location has made it so difficult to enjoy the experience or even desire the sandwich because of how much trouble it is. First because I'm working I tried to call it in to save time and even after the busy lunch hour, they refused answer their phones to take a call in order. I call back every 5 minutes over an hour from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. and still they will hang up on me and ignore their phones. Then when I try to make a substitution for something to take something away or add something they make that difficult and charge me extra instead of substitute. Every little thing has to be a struggle for some reason at this location. Regardless of their categories of substitution or subtraction, they could at least answer their dang phones. They don't act like they care that much about pleasing their customers. Good luck

I love the food, service, and the atmosphere that City Bites offers.
This was the first time I ate here and I'm very impressed. I had the Philly Cheese sandwich and it was amazing. I don't know what sauce was on it but it was delicious, a little spicy. The staff was great. I wish I would have gotten one of the cookies but I forgot to get one before I left. It appeared that they knew a lot of their customers. I like the atmosphere of the place.

Dined in. It's City Bites, but not all are created equal. Food was fresh and wonderful. Staff was professional and welcoming. Store was very clean. Bathroom was spotless. My go to when in the area

First time here and unfortunately they forgot half of our order in the drive through. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We didn’t notice half of our order was missing until we got home. Food was great and I’m kind of sad I’m missing my sandwich. Please double check your order before you leave the drive through.
