Order a cheese sandwich on wheat bread. received a cold smashed sanwich. Cheese on the outside was melted, but the inside was still cold. Not to mention they used to ends of the bread.

Most of the food that I have had at city bites is good.
Good salads! My wife and I went here when we were in town in business. It’s located in some sort of finance or stock building so the people there were all working. It’s a very modern looking building and was a good atmosphere to eat in! There’s a large fountain there and two other places to get food at!

We also got their catering cookie platter and ice tea for our 50th anniversary party! They were awesome! We love their sandwiches and baked potatoes too!

Came in today for my lunch break. I love city bites. Best food ever. The girl that took my order was completely rude. My coworker had written down an order and she acted like this was the biggest inconvenience. She didn’t say a word to me. And she was generally in a horrible mood. These things should be left at the door when you go to work. I don’t need my workday ruined for zero reason. This store has too much business to not be able to make their employees happy. This girl is beside herself and should find new employers pigment 1:23 pm 1/26 mica Johnson is the manager on the receipt.

The food was TOP NOTCH. The decor inside was cramped but cute. The service, however... I have to echo the sentiments of those who have posted reviews before. NOBODY had a smile, and the girl taking orders had an especially grumpy vibe. I don't think she even said thank you. I wish I could rescind my tip.

Would not recommend the Edmond Santa Fe location. 40min round trip and over $50 for burnt bread. One sandwich was put together so poorly the only way to eat it was with a fork. One of the reasons I go is for the bread. Not sure why you would even serve it, completely disappointed.

Visited the Edmond store Thursday evening 2/1/2024 , it wasn’t a good visit. Here is my review.
The food is good but the wait staff is very rude like they were forced to work with their customers. Some were more engrossed in their cell phone than helping customers as if who ever they were texting on their phone was more important than their customers. When they had to engage and talk to the customers the kid working the register he shouted at my wife when she reached out for a cookie sitting out on the tray she wanted and didn’t know they have to get the cookie. they had the cookies out on the counter. He Yelled mean and very rudely “ Don’t Touch the Cookies!” She grabbed one that was sitting on the corner away from other cookies. She thought they were available to pick. The way the kid handled it was not professional. Yelling at the customer. Then he stopped helping me got on his phone and was texting someone then gave me my total picked up his phone and texted again then looked at me asked me what I wanted just totally clueless his phone text conversation was more important then his customer. The service was slow just an all around awful experience will not be back at this City Bites and highly do not recommend giving this location any business. They have horrible people working at this location.

Ordered for the first and last time today. I ordered in advance which was a bad decision. They didn’t have white bread so instead of calling me or even emailing me with the information I provided, they gave me dry, hard wheat bread which is not comparable. The sandwich is trash and it was a waste of eight dollars.
