Stud Manger Leah is very rude I spent $18 on a potato and it was made horribly I returned it uneaten and was treated as if I was asking for something for free. All the workers was rude I would definitely recommend going to the city bites on 39th instead.

I order here all the time recently it’s gone downhill my past 3 orders have had a issue w them today I try calling to let them so they can have my order fixed whenever I drove back there the manager lady answers and puts me on hold for over 10 mins and never came back to the phone so I drive up there and let her know that 2/3 potatoes were messed up and she gets angry at me and having a terrible attitude. If you don’t like your job find a different one shouldn’t treat customers poorly for trying to get what they paid for.

First time I’ve ordered from this location. Never again. No salt, pepper, oil, avocado- that I paid done. Ordered 3 cookies- all 3 hard. Will never go back to this one. How difficult is it to get a $20 sandwich correct????

I’m beginning to have my doubts on City Bites - specifically the cookies which used to be my favorite.I think the cookies have gotten smaller and less frosting? Is this a sign of the times? Charge the same price and deliver less? This hasn’t been the first time this has happen. As a matter of fact this is the third time in as many months. I remember when the cookie filled the whole sleeve!The food is still good as this is one of my wife’s favorite places but mine is starting to wane.
