Honestly it’s in the top 5 best bbq spots I have ever had. The beef burnt ends are insane. Servers are very kind. I love this place, and when I’m in town I have to stop in. Shout out to Doug who was our server today, he was great.

Very disappointed. 1st visit...waitress was nice but there was barely any meat on my sandwich, waitress tells me next time just ask us to load it up no charge I said ok. 2nd visit, I did just that but I also asked for my onions n peppers to be cooked extra long cuz they're hard for me to eat unless they're soft. This waitress told me they're premade...I said they don't have a grill...she looked at me like I'm crazy. 20 dollar sandwich comes out with very little meat and barely cooked onions n peppers. When asked about it, the waitress said she put a note on it, clearly not caring about customer satisfaction. Meat tasted good, quantity was lacking again, but it was mostly the indifference from my waitress that lost my business...n earned her a 47 cent tip. If you don't care whether or not I enjoy my meal, then I don't care about tipping you for bringing me out a less than mediocre sandwich for 20 bux. Sry not sry, not worth the exorbitant cost for a lunch.

Clark Crew was consistently rated high when I searched for BBQ in OKC. After living in Houston for years I like to see how other cities stack up and they didn’t disappoint!
I couldn’t just settle on one protein so I ordered the 3 meat tray with lean brisket, ribs, and burnt ends. The burnt ends were on point, ribs were cooked really well and the lean brisket was tender. They had a variety of bbq sauces that complemented them all well. All the sides were amazing. The mashed potatoes were smooth and buttery while the baked beans had a nice kick to it. Can’t go wrong with the cornbread which was like a mini loaf of goodness.
It wasn’t too busy during the weekday and I was able to walk in without a wait. You’re able to get a visual on the smokehouse from the parking lot and it gave a unique curb appeal that carried over into the interior. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in town! Overall 9/10

BBQ tasted like formaldehyde. Sliced brisket was at least two days old and reheated four times. Potato Salad started strong but it ended up asking if it was mustard or mayonnaise. Service was mediocre along with the cornbread. Atmosphere was adequate but the food wasn’t worth the tune! I will not waste time or money only to be disappointed. Bless your hearts for trying!

We had such a great experience the other night! Our server, Julie, was the sweetest so attentive, kind, and genuinely made our dinner feel special. The food here is always a 10/10, but Julie really stood out and deserved the shoutout! The fried pickles are amazing every time perfectly crunchy with that sweet pickle flavor I love. And the brisket? Always the best choice, whether sliced or chopped. So tender and full of flavor. Just an overall wonderful weeknight dinner. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the place is military-friendly, which I truly appreciate. Highly recommend! 💛🍽️

Went with a group and it was my first time there, but was impressed with every element of ding out while there. Our server Shamylie, I hope that’s close, was excellent and I would definitely recommend you ask for her!
Omg, hands down the best bbq and sides we’ve ever had! I got the ribs, baked beans, okra and banana pudding! We will definitely be repeat customers. I’ve had a lot of bbq but never one this amazing so flavorful!!

Went to try the beef rib, it ran out which is fine. Recommend setting customer limit in the future (watching one guy order 6 and eat them at a table by himself while sitting in line for ever 30 minutes was pretty annoying).
Got the brisket instead, ordered moist. Flavor was good but was disappointingly average and dry. Mac N cheese needs a reinvention as well. Unfortunately the same experience my other two times eating here.
Portion size and price standard for a more popular bbq spot, in my opinion not worth it.
BBQ beef ribs looked great, I hope it becomes a regular menu item so u can review it in the future, and hopefully they add customer limits for special events.
