Will never return. Asked for a booth in a reservation made ten days before the dinner. I could see they were trying to figure out what to do with us. We arrived ten minutes early. I'm guessing that they put someone in our reserved booth. Instead they put us in a room of long tables, each one filled with screaming children. The six of us debated just leaving. I hope they have plenty of fans because everyone I speak to will be told to stay away. There are better BBQ restaurants in OKC. If I could give negative stars I would.
Our waitress was horrible! Not friendly and got our order wrong, she was too busy visiting with coworkers to come check on us after we received our food. I had to take my husbands food up to her and say his order was incorrect then she brought the correct item to the table sat it down and walked away. The music was so loud I thought I was at a dance club, after asking three people the volume got turned down a little bit but still way too loud to talk to the person sitting across from you. Also work on your Open Table app. the hostess chewed me out because there was two of us and it only allowed me to book one(like it was a big issue) but she was kinda rude about it. Not sure where a manager was in this restaurant but they definitely need to work on some things, we use to eat here a lot but now I remember why we don't. Food is good, but everything else gets a zero.
The food was fantastic! Everything was delicious and our server, Ryleigh, was great! Try the burnt ends bologna!

Issue with open table and Clark crew where you can only select one person for a reservation. Had to ask for the table to be wiped down when we sat down. Food was great but prices seem to be rising or food portions are getting smaller.
Service was good until we had some problems with the food . I ordered smoked chicken on my platter and when I cut into I noticed it was tough and had blood running out the center so I knew it wasn't done . Manager older gentleman came to the table did not introduce himself as a manager never apologize for the food he just was telling me that is impossible for the chicken to be raw because it's smoked for 6 hours. I have 40 years in hospitality and when I a problems with food in my restaurant I never get defensive or make excuses to my guests on why the food is not right I just apologize make them happy get them something else and I'm definitely going to give him a coupon the guest will come back we go over and beyond to make sure our guests are happy when they leave and they come back and I understand being in a business all these years that we're not perfect we strive to be perfect but it seems that we cannot control everything that happens in our restaurant. I preach food quality and Truly friendly service with a passion to serve. I shake my head when I talk to managers who have no clue how to make the guest happy so they'll return. And I do understand it was a holiday the next day and people were trying to get out of there and we were one of the last tables but I preached to my people this is the time when the food needs to be perfect no exceptions you never know who you're dealing with that's why you treat people good all the time thank you for your time Jay
I was pleasantly surprised with the service and food. Our server was incredible. Hayley ran her tables like a well oiled machine. The food was so delicious. I will absolutely be returning.

I had never thought of having BBQ for thanksgiving but it was wonderful. Very few dishes to do and by getting the judges tray it had a variety to please everyone. I will be doing the same for Christmas dinner. Thank you so much

By far, the best burnt end in the United States. Don't believe me.......take the wife and kids and bring stretchy pants! Get burnt ends and burnt ends.

I wish I knew about this place sooner. Amazing bbq and staff. I have been here a few times now. The staff are super friendly with even commenting about how one of the guys that went with looked familiar, which he goes there regularly.
