The Club One Special is a bunch of crap! Only choice if Bud or Bud Light and we don't drink WOKE beer! It's always been a choice of Coors, Bud or Miller for $25. Why hack it up to $32 for crap beer that no one drinks anymore?? Have a warehouse full of it that you can't get rid of I guess. Won't be buying any Club One Specials until you change the offerings!

Our “waitress” was polite, attentive, helpful, and delightful! Her personality was WELL SUITED for that position! She even made certain we had a trash receptacle! I give her 100% credit for making my experience a positive one. On a side note, being non smokers... the stench was unpleasant as could be!
They could not find our reservation. Food was good but they have a limited menu. Wait staff was excellent. Was served a cocktail with a dead fruit fly. A gentleman talked loudly on his cell phone while standing for most of the time he was there at the table in front of us. A ticket machine broke while I was using it and the staff was exceptional getting the gaming people aware of and taking care of the situation.

Probably the worst service I've ever recieved while eating out. Which is very disappointing considering it was my fiancee's 30th birthday and first time to ever see live horse racing. He had to go up to the servers station every time we needed something. The server didn't acknowledge we were even there. I honestly think she thought we were going to be poor tippers and catered to those she thought she would make money from. After our appetizer and couple drinks we decided to not even order food because we were tired of having to walk up there to get stuff. We then waited 30 minutes for our check and finally just walked up there to pay. Horrible.

This was the first time we sat in Club One. I thought it was a great experience. Our waitress was very good, asking us if we need anything. All of the staff was great. We will be reserving again in future.

We love eating at Club One every time we go to the horse races. The wings are phenomenal!! Probably the best wings in the state of Oklahoma. Our kids accidentally spilled their drinks and the waitstaff didn't treat us any different. They were extremely understanding. Definitely miss the special they had with wings, bucket of beer, and betting vouchers. :-(

We had good seats. They were close to betting windows and had a good view of the track. The monitors were clear and gave a good picture of the races as they happened. The food came in a timely fashion. The server was attentive. We ordered the Club One special that included two burgers with sides, drinks and two $5 betting vouchers. We felt it was a good value. The burger was the best we have ever had .. anywhere.

Server was nice and was busting her butt to do what she can. However I think whoever's managing and running the kitchen needs to be trained when it takes 45 min to receive drinks and over an hour to receive food something needs to be fixed.
