Honestly wish I wasn’t required to leave a star.. First time trying this place and was disappointed. Inside the place it is extremely hot making it impossible to enjoy your ice cream .. and if the AC is not working this is a HUGE issue. The employees seem MISERABLE and are sweating crazy.. I can’t even begin to imagine how they must feel. I spoke to one of the employees and they said it’s been a constant issue there. Having issues like this could lead to them closing down which honestly I think they should until they get their AC situation fixed…

No help with my order

Worst cold Stone creamery I’ve ever been in. The place reeks of rotten milk. The staff is very poorly trained. My wife and I ordered two love it.. One Was made correctly. The second one was the size of I like it.

Won’t be back to this location I don’t care how close it is to me.

Ice cream is good but the place stinks, extremely dirty, dead roach by the door, the side panel between register and window is littered with trash. The counter is filthy, has crumbs, air vents are covered in dust, this place needs shut down for a deep clean. Completely disgusting, staff has no pride in cleaning at all.

Stinks of rotting milk. Cashiers didn't take order, and just stared me down for 20 minutes. You'd have better luck with the McDonald's down the road.

Parker was a rude jerk. He kept pacing back and forth saying "this is a nightmare." He then abandoned the new girl who was making our cones and helped someone else instead.

The new girl was doing her best. She dropped the ice cream top cover and didn't know what to do. Parker was rude and unhelpful to her.

On both visits we have had similar issues. They are in a hurry to "skip" you to help the next person assuming you are done ordering.

The place itself is tiny and gets crowded with only a few customers.

They leave pick up orders sitting on the counter. Ignore customers that are there to pick up orders-in favor of the door dash orders. The ice cream was melted from sitting there so long. I arrived 10 minutes before it said it would be ready. Then got mad when I said i wanted them remade because they are melted

Never coming back guy behind the counter Jon was absolutely horrible, very conceited and rude, breath smelled too so i lost my appetite. Ice cream was ok but was worse than i remember because of the service i receieved. Not pleased.

I ordered the Founder’s Favorite, it was alright, nothing special. If you order this I suggest getting with a different ice cream base like chocolate, peanut butter or pumpkin. It was lacking favor.

I usually make my own take of banana caramel crunch, but Sweet cream base instead of French vanilla. Then with banana, caramel, and nuts. It never disappoints.

Fabuloso cleaner is being used too strongly , we had to leave with our ice cream( which was delicious) but the cone cup tasted like Fabuloso- couldn't eat.

NEED to lay off the Fabuloso, smell punches you in the face when you walk in. And to make matters worse, their cakes taste like the aroma too ?
