Stayed in a suite for $175.00 They give you a wi-fi password that doesn’t work. All the cables in the front room were disconnected from the TV. Then the club directly downstairs was so loud it actually vibrated the walls and floor. Was very satisfied with the suite itself. Just couldn’t put up with the noise. Ended up leaving.

Great vibe, kind people

I'll preface this review by saying I knew what kind of place this was when I booked my stay, however the rooms (yes, as in multiple) given to me were really bad. The first room was dirty, with hair in the tub, sticky carpet, no hot water and a door that wouldn't lock. Second room also had no hot water and a shower with no shower head, just a pipe sticking out of the wall. Third room (and my final strike for this place) had a busted TV, taped up window and a bathtub with no stopper and the shower head dangling. I took all this as a sign that maybe I just wasn't meant to stay here. The person at the front desk could not have been any nicer and really did try - they just didn't have much to work with. It's ridiculous that this place costs $160 a night with barely anything to offer other than being a focal point in the 39th Street District. If you're like me and value cleanliness and amenities over location, don't even bother.

The District Hotel is the funnest place to hang out in the Midwest. Great Bars. Great Atmosphere Several restaurants near by. Easy access off the Hwy. The rooms are newly renovated and the pools are clean well taken care of. The ownership is really nice and friendly. The staff is absolutely 💯 amazing. It is a great place to hang out and have fun.

Rooms/hotel is need desperate need of a major remodel not only is it old and dated from the 1960s 1970s they are literally falling apart and there was dead bugs all over the room. I was going to stay this whole weekend but the rooms are not fit for habitation there wasn't any hot water when i went to shower i told the front deck and checked out of the hotel the front desk person didn't seem that concerned or offer anything for the inconvenience but did apologize. I dont see how the property hasn't been condemned by the city the rooms are insuch dis-repair the owner must not care about the hotel rooms and spending all the money on the nightlife the rooms are not worth paying more than 25 bucks a night definitely not worth the 140 per night they are charging i would not recommend staying here maybe vist the club if thats your thing but definitely stay at a better hotel for that price what a dump.

If you're LGBTQ+ You'll love it here. 2 bars inside, 2 pool areas, pool tables, darts.

Very tired rooms that were not remodeled very well. Questionable cleanliness. But the Bars were awesome

The remodeling is continuing. It's taking longer than they initially anticipated, but for a building of its age, there is a lot to update at considerable expense. The staff are all courteous, helpful, and friendly. Having just had a total hip replacement and being in a power chair, it was challenging to navigate some areas of the property due to construction, but I managed with the staff and some guests help. Their ADA compliance is a bit lacking in some areas, but it's only mildly inconvenient. I'm sure as they continue their remodeling that this will be addressed as they go. The hotel is the cornerstone of the LGBTQ district in Okc and a great place to visit if you've never been there. My visit there was much more pleasurable than my last visit there about 2 years ago, mostly due to significant staffing changes. Some of the former ones that were an issue are no longer there. Big props to Tim and Steven for the continuing upgrades and improvements! Can't wait for all of the remodeling to be completed, and for them to be fully operational, there's not much left to do. If you didn't know the place inside n out from years of knowing the property as it was 15 years ago and now you'd not know, it wasn't already 100%. But its a work in progress, and you can see the pride and passion they have put into bringing this place back to life. Definitely a 10 of 10 and a must visit when in Oklahoma City. ❤️❤️

As a gay man who was suppressed in the Stix of navada I was glad to be able to finally be myself. The pool is always inviting and plenty of eye candy at the eagle. Might I say Atlas at the frunt desk is so helpful and warm thay made it easy to navigate.

The country bar should not be playing Morgan wallen who is a racist and Carrie underwood. Both are Trump supporters. It’s ridiculous that I have to mention this because I seriously thought everyone knew. Love the staff and everything but this is ridiculous
